Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の超音波探触子2は、圧電材料を備えて成り、圧電現象を利用することによって電気信号と超音波信号との間で相互に信号を変換することができる圧電素子を備える第1圧電部23と、超音波を吸収する材料から構成される音響制動部材21と、第1圧電部23と音響制動部材21との間に配置され、音軸方向に沿って幅が異なる複数の溝を形成した、圧電材料を備えて成り、圧電現象を利用することによって電気信号と超音波信号との間で相互に信号を変換することができる圧電素子を備える第2圧電部22を備える。

- 圧電材料を備えて成り、圧電現象を利用することによって電気信号と超音波信号との間で相互に信号を変換することができる圧電素子を備える第1圧電部と、
超音波を吸収する材料から構成される音響制動部材と、
前記第1圧電部と前記音響制動部材との間に配置され、音軸方向に沿って幅が異なる複数の溝を形成した、圧電材料を備えて成り、圧電現象を利用することによって電気信号と超音波信号との間で相互に信号を変換することができる圧電素子を備える第2圧電部とを備えること
を特徴とする超音波探触子。 - 前記複数の溝は、所定の間隔で配列されて形成されており、外側領域に形成された溝の深さは、中央領域に形成された溝よりも浅いこと
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の超音波探触子。 - 前記複数の溝は、所定の間隔で配列されて形成されており、中央領域に形成された溝は、外側領域に形成された溝より急であること
を特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の超音波探触子。 - 前記第1圧電部は、被検体から来た超音波を受信するための受信用であり、
前記第2圧電部は、被検体へ超音波を送信するための送信用であり、
前記第2圧電部の有効音響インピーダンスは、前記第1圧電部の有効音響インピーダンスより大きいこと
を特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の超音波探触子。 - 請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の超音波探触子を備えること
