【解決手段】固定部材100Aは、基材110と、基材110上に設けられた支持ポリマー130とを備え、支持ポリマー130は、テクスチャー表面を形成するための複数の表面の構造的特徴135を有し、テクスチャー表面は、フッ素ポリマー22を含んで構成される。

Description
例えば、テクスチャー表面とは、表面に凹凸が形成された凹凸表面であり、支持ポリマーで構成される支持層の表面に形成される。そして、当該凹凸表面の少なくとも一部、好ましくは凹凸表面の凸部をフッ素ポリマーが被覆する。
つまり、支持ポリマーと、支持ポリマーの表面又は内部に分散されたフッ素ポリマーとを熱処理することで、熱処理を施した凹凸構造又は熱処理を施したテクスチャー表面を形成できる。
同様の形態として、例えば、棒状、柱状、針状、糸状、薄膜状等が例示できる。例えば、フッ素ポリマーは、支持層の凹凸表面にコーティングされて、薄膜のコーティング層を形成することもできる。
つまり、例えば、表面層は、凹凸が形成された凹凸表面構造を含む支持ポリマー130層と、当該凹凸表面の凸部上に設けられたフッ素ポリマー22とを含む。
このようにして、図1、2に示されるような基材上の表面層のテクスチャー表面は、少なくともフッ素ポリマーを含む。
Claims (5)
- 基材と、
前記基材上に設けられた支持ポリマーと、
を備え、
前記支持ポリマーは、テクスチャー表面を形成するための複数の構造的特徴を有し、
前記テクスチャー表面は、フッ素ポリマーを含んで構成されることを特徴とする固定部材。 - 請求項1に記載の固定部材において、
前記フッ素ポリマーは、粒子、シャフト、ピラー、ワイヤ、ロッド、ニードル、ファイバ、スレッド、フレーク、コーティング層、及びこれらの組み合わせから選択される形状を有することを特徴とする固定部材。 - 請求項1に記載の固定部材において、
前記フッ素ポリマーは、前記支持ポリマーの重量に対して約5%〜約50%の含有量で、前記支持ポリマー中に分散している又は組み込まれていることを特徴とする固定部材。 - 請求項1に記載の固定部材において、
前記フッ素ポリマーは、前記複数の構造的特徴を少なくとも部分的に被覆して、支持ポリマーのテクスチャー表面上に設けられていることを特徴とする固定部材。 - 請求項1に記載の固定部材において、
前記テクスチャー表面は、約20mN/m以下の表面エネルギーを与えることを特徴とする固定部材。
