Abstract
【解決手段】少なくとも3本以上の脚体を有してなる環境活性・保全・修復用ブロックにおいて、臭気を有する生物誘引物質を混練してなる高空気量、高流動のコンクリートで形成した環境活性・保全・修復用ブロック。

Description
さらにこれら混練型のコンクリートブロックでは生物誘引物質が水中に流出する量が少なく、流出しないでコンクリートブロックの中に閉じ込められ、該コンクリートブロックの中にそのまま残って無駄になるのも多いという問題点があった。
生物類の蝟集・付着・育成効果、特に魚類の蝟集育成効果に効果がある環境活性コンクリート組成物に必要とされる用件は、第一に著効性のある生物誘引物質を組成物中に大量に混練されることであり、第二に効率よく水中に流出させるために例えば微細構造を組成物が有することであり、第三に組成物が環境活性コンクリートを形成するに十分な強度を持つことであり、第四に組成物から得られる環境活性用コンクリートブロックがコンクリート内部に残らないような構造を有することである。
本発明における環境活性用コンクリートの強度を試験するため、表1に示すような組成に調整し、Φ12.5×25の枠に詰めたのち、28日間養生した。得られた試供体の強度試験を実施した。
その結果アルギニンを対セメント重量に対して7%添加してもそのコンクリートの圧縮強度を低下させないことが明らかになった。
次に表2に示すような組成で試供体を調製し、Φ12.5×25の枠に詰めたのち、7日間養生した。得られた試供体の密度を調べた。結果を表2に示す
その結果アルギニンを添加したものはコンクリート密度の値が小さく、また空気量、スランプ値が高い傾向にあることがわかる。このことからアルギニンを添加したコンクリートは多孔質の構造を持つことがわかる。
次に比較例2、実施例3、4、及び5の試供体について官能評価を実施した。評価はパネラー7名により、試供体より発生する臭気を表3に基づき、評価を行った。結果を表4に示す。
(河川での沈設実験)
比較例2、実施例5の組成によるブロックを調整し、山口県河川での沈設実験を行った。当河川において主として鮎の繁殖状況を確認し、ブロック表面の藻類の繁殖状況と鮎の食み跡を目視にて観測した。
その結果を表5に示す。
その結果アルギニンを添加したブロックにおいて、鮎のはみ跡、藻類の生育状況で有意に鮎の誘引効果が認められた。
比較例2、実施例5の組成によるコンクリートブロックを製作し、大阪湾南部の港湾部に沈設し、主として藻類の繁殖状況を目視で観測した。沈設一ヶ月目で主としてアオサ属の藻類が表面に生息し、実施例5組成のコンクリートブロックに有意に藻類の生息が確認された。その結果を表6に示す。

Claims (8)
- 生体類の蝟集、付着、育成効果、特に魚介類の蝟集、育成効果に優れる生体誘引物質を混練してなる環境活性・保全・修復用コンクリートにおいて、生体誘引物質を効果的に河川、海岸・海洋、および湖沼中に長期間に亘って徐々に流出させるために、当該組成物中に生体誘引物質を高濃度で配合し、かつ形成された組成物が高い空気含有量と流動性を有し、かつ環境活性・保全・修復用コンクリートを形成するために十分な強度を有し、流出した生体誘引物質の「臭気」により誘引効果を高めたことを特徴とする環境活性・保全・修復用コンクリート組成物および該環境活性・保全・修復用ブロックを用いた各種土木構築物。
- 請求項1記載の生体誘引物質がアミノ酸又は核酸から1種または2種以上から選ばれることを特徴とする環境活性・保全・修復用コンクリート
- 請求項1記載の生体誘引物質がアルギニンであることを特徴とする環境活性・保全・修復用コンクリート
- 請求項3記載のアルギニンが組成物中に3wt%以上含有することを特徴とする環境活性・保全・修復用コンクリート
- 少なくとも3本以上の脚体を有してなる環境活性・保全・修復用ブロックにおいて、請求項1,2,3または4記載環境活性・保全・修復用コンクリートで形成したことを特徴とする環境活性・保全・修復用ブロック。
- 請求項5記載の脚体が、該脚体の長さ方向に沿って設けられている複数本の稜線部と該稜線の間に各々設けられている平面部を有して多面柱に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項5記載の環境活性・保全・修復用ブロック。
- 請求項1〜6に記載のコンクリート、または環境活性・保全・修復用ブロックを用いた、生体類の蝟集、付着、育成する方法。
- 生体類が魚介類である請求項7に記載の方法。
