Abstract
【解決手段】吸気路のエアピローシステムであって、遠位方向に間隔を空けて配置され、吸気路の内壁に固定され、そこから内側に突出して延在する複数のリブを備え、リブが複数のエアピローポケットを周方向に閉じるように形成し、各エアピローポケットが、吸気路内で案内される空気流の流れに向かって開く開放端を有し、各リブが空気流の流れの所望の空気流グライドパスの境界と相関するように選択される内側突出長を有し、エアピローポケット内の空気塊が、所望の空気流グライドパスに沿って空気流の流れを案内する。

Claims (9)
- 吸気路のエアピローシステムであって、
遠位方向に間隔を空けて配置され、前記吸気路の内壁に固定され、そこから内側に突出して延在する複数のリブを備え、前記リブが、複数の周方向に閉じたエアピローポケットを形成し、各エアピローポケットが、前記吸気路内で案内される空気流の流れに向かって開く開放端を有し、
各リブが、前記空気流の流れの所望の空気流グライドパスの境界と相関するように選択される内側突出長を有し、
前記エアピローポケット内の空気塊が、前記所望の空気流グライドパスに沿って前記空気流の流れを案内するエアピローシステム。 - 前記エアピローポケットの少なくとも一部が音響共鳴室として働くようにサイズ決定されて構成され、前記音響共鳴室がそれぞれ、少なくとも1つの対象となる音響周波数を減衰するように選択された設定容積及び設定ネック面積のうち少なくとも一方を有する請求項1に記載のエアピローシステム。
- 前記リブの少なくとも一部が、前記空気流の流れ方向に対して横方向に延在する請求項1に記載のエアピローシステム。
- 吸気路のエアピローシステムであって、
空気流空洞を画定して収容する少なくとも1つの壁を内部に有するハウジングを備え、
前記ハウジングが、
前記ハウジングの前記壁の1つに設けられて前記空気流空洞と連通する空気流出口ポートであって、前記空気流空洞内の空気流の流れが通過して該空気流空洞を出る空気流出口ポートと、
遠位方向に間隔を空けて配置されて、少なくとも一部が閉鎖可能に前記ハウジングの壁に当接するように延在するとともに、それぞれが案内される空気流の流れに向かって開く開放端を有する複数のエアピローポケットを周方向に閉じるように形成するリブとを含み、
各リブが、前記空気流空洞から前記空気流出口ポートへと流れる前記空気流の流れの低損失空気流グライドパスの境界と相関するように選択される前記空気流空洞内への内側突出長を有し、
前記エアピローポケットが、前記低損失空気流グライドパスから分離された実質的に流れが停止した空気塊を画定し、
前記エアピローポケット内の前記空気塊が、前記低損失空気流グライドパスに沿って前記空気流の流れを前記空気流出口ポートに案内し、
前記エアピローポケットが、空気流の流れの乱流及び空気流の圧力損失のうち少なくとも一方を低下させることができるように構成されるエアピローシステム。 - 前記ハウジングが、前記空気流空洞を清浄側と未処理側に隔てる空気濾過器要素を内部に収容することができるように構成され 前記出口ポートが前記空気流空洞の前記清浄側に配置され、
前記リブが前記空気流空洞の前記清浄側に配置される請求項4に記載のエアピローシステム。 - 前記エアピローポケットの少なくとも一部が音響共鳴室として働くようにサイズ決定されて構成され、前記音響共鳴室がそれぞれ、対象となる音響周波数を減衰するように選択された設定容積及び設定ネック面積のうち少なくとも一方を有する請求項5に記載のエアピローシステム。
- 前記リブの少なくとも一部が、それぞれ前記空気流出口ポートの入口開口部に対して実質的に一定の半径を有するように配置される請求項4に記載のエアピローシステム。
- 前記リブの少なくとも一部が、前記空気流グライドパスに対して横方向に延在する請求項4に記載のエアピローシステム。
- 前記リブの少なくとも一部が、それぞれ前記空気流出口ポートの入口開口部に対して実質的に一定の半径を有するように配置され、
前記リブの少なくとも一部が、前記空気流グライドパスに対して横方向に延在する請求項6に記載のエアピローシステム。
