Claims (10)
- 파이프의 영역(7')의 내부 공간을 적어도 두 개의 플로우 채널(12a, 12b, 12c, 12d)로 분리하기 위해 파이프(7) 내부에 배치된 적어도 하나의 안내 요소(11a, 11b, 11c)를 포함하는, 가스 매체가 통과하여 흐르는 데 적합하도록 된 파이프(7) 내의 소음 감쇠 장치에 있어서,안내 요소(11a, 11b, 11c)는 그를 관통하여 연장되는 복수의 구멍(11')을 포함하며, 상기 구멍(11')은 소음이 상호 인접한 플로우 채널(12a, 12b, 12c, 12d) 사이의 구멍(11')을 특정한 저항을 가지고 통과할 수 있도록, 각 구멍(11')의 적어도 두 개의 서로 마주보는 모서리가 5mm이하의 간격으로 위치되는 크기를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프 내의 소음 감쇠 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,안내 요소(11a, 11b, 11c)는 곡선 파이프 영역(7')에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프 내의 소음 감쇠 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,안내 요소(11a, 11b, 11c)와 곡선 파이프 영역(7')은, 소음이 플로우 채널(12a, 12b, 12c, 12d)을 통과할 때 안내 요소(11a, 11b, 11c)의 적어도 하나의 벽면 또는 곡선 파이프 영역(7')의 내부 벽면과 부딪치도록 하는 크기의 곡률을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프 내의 소음 감쇠 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,안내 요소(11a, 11b, 11c)는 곡선 파이프 영역(7')의 곡률 중심에 해당하는 곡률 중심을 가진 곡선 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프 내의 소음 감쇠 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,안내 요소(11a, 11b, 11c)는 0.5mm에서 5mm 범위 내의 두께를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프 내의 소음 감쇠 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,안내 요소(11a, 11b, 11c)의 표면과 그와 마주보는 곡선 파이프 영역(7')의 표면에 의해 형성된 적어도 하나의 플로우 채널(12a, 12b, 12c, 12d)을 포함하고, 상기 표면들은 파이프(7) 내에서 감쇠시켜야 할 소음의 파장의 1/4에 해당하는 미리 정해진 간격(d1, d4)을 가지고 위치된 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프 내의 소음 감쇠 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,중간 플로우 채널(12b, 12c)을 형성하는 서로 마주보는 표면들을 포함하는 적어도 두 개의 안내 요소(11a, 11b, 11c)를 포함하고, 상기 서로 마주보는 표면들은 파이프(7) 내에서 감쇠시켜야 할 소음의 파장의 절반에 해당하는 미리 정해진 간격(d2, d3)을 가지고 위치된 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프 내의 소음 감쇠 장치.
- 삭제
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,안내 요소(11)는, 가스 매체의 흐름 방향에 대해 압축기(5)에 바로 인접한 상류에 위치된 파이프 영역(7')에 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프 내의 소음 감쇠 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서,압축기(5)는 연소 엔진(1)용 터보 유닛(4, 5)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프 내의 소음 감쇠 장치.
