- 光電変換モジュールであって、
光電変換モジュールを設置する際に架台に固定するために光電変換モジュールの裏面に配置されたフレームを備え、
前記フレームは、光電変換モジュールに固定される固定部と、前記固定部から光電変換モジュールの裏面に対して立ち上げられた端部と、を備えることを特徴とする光電変換モジュール。 - 請求項1に記載の光電変換モジュールであって、
前記フレームは、前記固定部から光電変換モジュールの裏面に対して両端が立ち上げられていることを特徴とする光電変換モジュール。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の光電変換モジュールであって、
前記端部は、光電変換モジュールを架台に固定するための固定用穴が設けられていることを特徴とする光電変換モジュール。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の光電変換モジュールであって、
前記フレームは、光電変換モジュールに設けられた光電変換素子の分離溝に沿って配設されていることを特徴とする光電変換モジュール。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の光電変換モジュールであって、
前記端部は、光電変換モジュールの裏面に対して略垂直に立ち上げられていることを特徴とする光電変換モジュール。
