Abstract
【解決手段】電池電源装置1は、冷却風取り入れ口300を有する冷却風通路が形成された筐体3と、冷却風通路に配置された複数のセル2と、セル2の温度を検出する温度センサ4aとを備え、筐体部材3aは、筐体壁部に形成された貫通孔302aと、筐体壁部の外周面に形成された配線這い回し用の溝330とが形成され、温度センサ4aは、貫通孔302aに筐体外側から挿入されるように固定されて、先端部分がセル2の被計測部位に熱的に接触するセンサ部401〜403と、該センサ部の筐体外側に露出している部分から引き出され、筐体壁部の外周面に形成された溝330の内部に配設されるハーネス5と、を有する。

Claims (8)
- 冷却風取り入れ口を有する冷却風通路が形成された筐体と、前記冷却風通路に配置された複数のセルと、前記セルの温度を検出する温度センサとを備えた電池電源装置であって、
前記筐体は、筐体壁部に形成されたセンサ固定用貫通孔と、前記筐体壁部の外周面に形成された配線這い回し用の溝とが形成され、
前記温度センサは、前記センサ固定用貫通孔に筐体外側から挿入されるように固定されて、先端部分が前記セルの被計測部位に熱的に接触するセンサ部と、該センサ部の筐体外側に露出している部分から引き出され、前記筐体壁部の外周面に形成された溝の内部に配設される配線と、を有することを特徴とする電池電源装置。 - 請求項1に記載の電池電源装置において、
前記センサ部の先端部分と前記被計測部位との隙間を埋めるように良熱伝導性部材を設けたことを特徴とする電池電源装置。 - 請求項2に記載の電池電源装置において、
前記良熱伝導性部材は、前記センサ部の先端部分を覆うように装着され、弾性を有する良熱伝導性材料で形成されたキャップ形状部材であることを特徴とする電池電源装置。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の電池電源装置において、
前記センサ部の先端部分を冷却風から遮蔽するカバーを、前記先端部分の周囲に隙間を介して設けたことを特徴とする電池電源装置。 - 請求項2に記載の電池電源装置において、
前記センサ部の先端部分および前記セルの被計測部位を冷却風から遮蔽する断熱性カバーと、
前記先端部および前記被計測部位と前記断熱性カバーとの隙間の前記良熱伝導性部材を、良熱伝導性充填材としたことを特徴とする電池電源装置。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の電池電源装置において、
前記筐体における前記センサ固定用貫通孔の形成位置は、該センサ固定用貫通孔に挿入された前記センサ部の先端部分が、測定対象セルによって冷却風が遮蔽される領域に挿入されるように設定されていることを特徴とする電池電源装置。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の電池電源装置において、
前記センサ部は、
良熱伝導性材料から成る有底筒状のケースと、
前記ケース内に底部近傍に配置されたサーミスタ素子と、
前記サーミスタ素子と前記ケースとの隙間に充填された良熱伝導性のケース内充填材と、を備え、
前記有底筒状のケースの開口部から前記サーミスタ素子の配線が引き出されていることを特徴とする電池電源装置。 - 請求項7に記載の電池電源装置において、
前記ケースは、前記筐体壁部に形成されたセンサ固定用貫通孔と嵌合して該ケースを前記センサ固定用貫通孔に固定する複数の凸部を、ケース外周面に有することを特徴とする電池電源装置。
