Abstract
【解決手段】電気光学装置は、基板(10)に、赤色、緑色及び青色の各色に夫々対応する3個のサブ画素(70R,70G,70B)と、3個のサンプリングスイッチ(71R,71G,71B)と、3個のサブ画素及び3個のサンプリングスイッチを夫々互いに電気的に接続する3本のデータ線(6R,6G,6B)と、3個のサンプリングスイッチに夫々対応する3本の画像信号線(500)と、3個のサンプリングスイッチ及び3本の画像信号線を夫々互いに電気的に接続する3本の引き出し配線(72R,72G,72B)とを備え、3個のサンプリングスイッチのうち緑色に対応するサンプリングスイッチは、他の2個のサンプリングスイッチと比べて、3本の画像信号線の近くに配置されている。

Description
本実施形態に係る電気光学装置について図1から図6を参照して説明する。尚、以下の実施形態では、本発明の電気光学装置の一例として駆動回路内蔵型のTFTアクティブマトリクス駆動方式の液晶装置を挙げて説明する。
<電子機器>
次に、上述した電気光学装置である液晶装置を各種の電子機器に適用する場合について説明する。
Claims (7)
- 基板に、
単位画素を構成する赤色、緑色及び青色の各色に夫々対応する3個のサブ画素と、
前記3個のサブ画素に夫々対応する3個のサンプリングスイッチと、
前記3個のサブ画素及び前記3個のサンプリングスイッチを夫々互いに電気的に接続する3本のデータ線と、
前記3個のサンプリングスイッチに対して前記3個のサブ画素と反対側に設けられており、前記3個のサンプリングスイッチに夫々対応する3本の画像信号線と、
前記3個のサンプリングスイッチ及び前記3本の画像信号線を夫々互いに電気的に接続する3本の引き出し配線と
を備え、
前記3個のサンプリングスイッチのうち前記緑色に対応するサンプリングスイッチは、他の2個のサンプリングスイッチと比べて、前記3本の画像信号線の近くに配置されている
ことを特徴とする電気光学装置。 - 前記3個のサンプリングスイッチのうち前記青色に対応するサンプリングスイッチは、前記赤色に対応するサンプリングスイッチと比べて、前記画像信号線の遠くに配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気光学装置。
- 前記3個のサンプリングスイッチは夫々複数設けられており、前記3本のデータ線が沿う一の方向に交わる他の方向に夫々配列されると共に、前記一の方向に互いにずれて配置されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の電気光学装置。
- 前記3本の画像信号線の各々には、前記3本の引き出し配線のうち対応する引き出し配線が、複数電気的に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の電気光学装置。
- 前記基板の一辺に沿って設けられた複数の外部回路接続端子を備え、
前記3本の画像信号線は、前記3本の引き出し配線と接続されない側において、前記複数の外部回路接続端子と夫々電気的に接続されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の電気光学装置。 - 前記複数の外部回路接続端子及び前記3個のサンプリングスイッチを互いに直線的に結ぶ位置に重なるように設けられた周辺駆動回路を備え、
前記3本の画像信号線は、前記周辺駆動回路を迂回するように設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電気光学装置。 - 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の電気光学装置を備えることを特徴とする電子機器。
