Abstract

Claims (16)
- 吐水口(24)、制御回路に接続されているオブジェクトセンサー(22)、及びバルブ装置(10;100)を含む自動水栓システムであって、
前記バルブ装置が、前記制御回路によりもたらされる信号に基づき、熱水入力(12B)から熱水出力(14B)までの熱水の流れ、及び冷水入力(12A)から冷水出力(14A)までの冷水の流れを制御する自動アクチュエーター(25、25')によって同時に起動される2つのバルブ(28A、28B;128A、128B)と、
前記自動アクチュエーターによって制御される流体通路を介して前記2つのバルブのそれぞれと連通するパイロット機構と、前記2つのバルブのうちの第1のバルブが前記熱水入力と前記熱水出力との間の熱水の流れを調節し、前記2つのバルブのうちの第2のバルブが前記冷水入力と前記冷水出力との間の冷水の流れを調節し、
前記流体通路と連通して配置されているとともに、異なる流体圧力でもたらされる前記熱水と前記冷水が混合するのを防止して、前記冷水及び熱水の流れを同時に開閉することを可能にするように構成されている第1の逆止め弁及び第2の逆止め弁とを含む、自動水栓システム。 - 前記2つのバルブが、第1のダイアフラム操作バルブ及び第2のダイアフラム操作バルブを含む、請求項1に記載の自動水栓システム。
- 前記2つのバルブのそれぞれが、第1のピストン操作バルブ及び第2のピストン操作バルブを含む、請求項1に記載の自動水栓システム。
- 前記ダイアフラム操作バルブが、前記パイロット機構に対して対称に配列されるように構成されている本体を含む、請求項2に記載の自動水栓システム。
- 前記バルブ装置が、前記自動アクチュエーターとは独立して、前記熱水及び前記冷水の流れを制御するように構成されている手動アクチュエーター(27、27')をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の自動水栓システム。
- 前記手動アクチュエーターが電力なしに作動する、請求項5に記載の自動水栓システム。
- 前記自動アクチュエーターが電磁式アクチュエーターを含む、請求項1又は5に記載の自動水栓システム。
- 吐水口(24)、制御回路に接続されているオブジェクトセンサー(22)、及びバルブ装置(10;100)を含む自動水栓システムであって、
前記バルブ装置が、前記制御回路によりもたらされる信号に基づき、熱水入力(12B)から熱水出力(14B)までの熱水の流れ、及び冷水入力(12A)から冷水出力(14A)までの冷水の流れを制御する自動アクチュエーター(25、25')によって同時に起動される2つのバルブ(28A、28B;128A、128B)と、
双安定電磁ソレノイドを含む前記自動アクチュエーターによって制御される流体通路を介して前記2つのバルブのそれぞれと連通するパイロット機構と、前記2つのバルブのうちの第1のバルブが前記熱水入力と前記熱水出力との間の熱水の流れを調節し、前記2つのバルブのうちの第2のバルブが前記冷水入力と前記冷水出力との間の冷水の流れを調節し、
前記流体通路と連通して配置されているとともに、異なる流体圧力でもたらされる前記熱水と前記冷水が混合するのを防止して、前記冷水及び熱水の流れを同時に開閉することを可能にするように構成されている第1の逆止め弁及び第2の逆止め弁とを含む、自動水栓システム。 - 制御通路(216)内に配列されている前記手動アクチュエーター用の手動アクチュエーター制御手段を含み、前記手動アクチュエーター制御手段が、前記吐水口付近でデッキの上に配置されているハンドル(223)、及び前記制御通路内に部分的に配置されている細長い本体を備え、前記バルブ装置がデッキの下方に配置され、前記制御通路がデッキの下方からデッキの上方へ延びている、請求項5に記載の自動水栓システム。
- 前記制御通路が、前記手動アクチュエーター用の制御手段を収容するように変更されている水栓(202)に形成されたシンクプラグ制御通路(208)を含む、請求項9に記載の自動水栓システム。
- 前記オブジェクトセンサーが、前記水栓の本体と関連付けられ、対象物の存在を検出するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の自動水栓システム。
- 前記バルブ装置がデッキの下方に配置されている、請求項11記載の自動水栓システム。
- デッキの上方に配置された混合水栓を更に含む、請求項12に記載の自動水栓システム。
- 前記オブジェクトセンサーが、前記水栓の本体と関連付けられ、対象物の存在を検出するように構成されている、請求項8に記載の自動水栓システム。
- 前記バルブ装置がデッキの下方に配置されている、請求項14に記載の自動水栓システム。
- デッキの上方に配置された混合水栓を更に含む、請求項15に記載の自動水栓システム。
