Abstract
【解決手段】固定側部材に対して回転側部材を回動可能に軸支する軸支部位に配置され、摺動面が相互に接触した状態で前記固定側部材及び回転側部材のそれぞれに連結される少なくとも2つの摩擦部材を備え、前記摺動面の間で摩擦トルクを発生しながら一方の摩擦部材が他方の摩擦部材に対して回動するヒンジ装置である。頂面が相手側の摩擦部材の摺動面に接触する複数の小凸部13が少なくとも一方の摩擦部材11の摺動面12に形成されている。

Claims (6)
- 固定側部材に対して回転側部材を回動可能に軸支する軸支部位に配置され、摺動面が相互に接触した状態で前記固定側部材及び回転側部材のそれぞれに連結される少なくとも2つの摩擦部材を備え、前記摺動面の間で摩擦トルクを発生しながら一方の摩擦部材が他方の摩擦部材に対して回動するヒンジ装置であって、
頂面が相手側の摩擦部材の摺動面に接触する複数の小凸部が少なくとも一方の摩擦部材の摺動面に形成されていることを特徴とするヒンジ装置。 - 前記2つの摩擦部材は、前記固定側部材又は回転側部材のシャフトが貫通しており、前記回動が前記シャフトを中心になされることを特徴とする請求項1記載のヒンジ装置。
- 前記摺動面における複数の小凸部を除く部分が凹部となっており、前記凹部が潤滑剤保持部となっていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のヒンジ装置。
- 前記複数の小凸部の頂面を合わせた面積は、前記摩擦部材の摺動面の面積の20〜80%であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載のヒンジ装置。
- 前記複数の小凸部は、前記摩擦部材の回転中心を中心として外周側に向かって均等に分布するように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載のヒンジ装置。
- 前記摩擦部材は、プレスによって加工され、前記複数の小凸部及び凹部は、前記プレス加工時に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のヒンジ装置。
