Abstract
【解決手段】密閉容器12内に電動要素14と該電動要素14の回転軸16にて駆動される回転圧縮要素34を備える。回転圧縮要素34を構成するシリンダ38と、回転軸16の軸受け56を備えてシリンダ38の電動要素14側の開口を閉塞する支持部材(下部支持部材58)とを備える。電動要素14は、固定子22と、回転軸16に固定されて固定子22内で回転する回転子24と、該回転子24の回転圧縮要素34側の面に取り付けられたバランスウエイト86とを有し、バランスウエイト86は、内側の薄肉部90と外側の厚肉部88とから成る段付形状を呈している。厚肉部88は、支持部材(下部支持部材58)の軸受け56より外側に位置する。

Claims (4)
- 密閉容器内に電動要素と該電動要素の回転軸にて駆動される回転圧縮要素を備えたロータリコンプレッサにおいて、
前記回転圧縮要素を構成するシリンダと、
前記回転軸の軸受けを備えて前記シリンダの前記電動要素側の開口を閉塞する支持部材とを備え、
前記電動要素は、固定子と、前記回転軸に固定されて前記固定子内で回転する回転子と、該回転子の前記回転圧縮要素側の面に取り付けられたバランスウエイトとを有し、
該バランスウエイトは、内側の薄肉部と外側の厚肉部とから成る段付形状を呈しており、前記厚肉部は、前記支持部材の軸受けより外側に位置することを特徴とするロータリコンプレッサ。 - 前記回転子は、複数枚の回転子用鉄板を積層した回転子鉄心と、該回転子鉄心を貫通するリベットを備え、前記バランスウエイトは、前記リベットにて前記薄肉部が前記回転子鉄心に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のロータリコンプレッサ。
- 密閉容器内に電動要素と該電動要素の回転軸にて駆動される回転圧縮要素を備えると共に、該回転圧縮要素を構成するシリンダと、前記回転軸の軸受けを備えて前記シリンダの前記電動要素側の開口を閉塞する支持部材が設けられ、前記電動要素は、固定子と、前記回転軸に固定されて前記固定子内で回転する回転子と、該回転子の前記回転圧縮要素側の面に取り付けられたバランスウエイトとを有するロータリコンプレッサの製造方法であって、
前記バランスウエイトを、内側の薄肉部と外側の厚肉部とから成る段付形状とし、前記厚肉部を、前記支持部材の軸受けより外側に位置させると共に、当該厚肉部の厚さ寸法を変更することにより、当該バランスウエイトの重量を設定することを特徴とするロータリコンプレッサの製造方法。 - 前記回転子を、複数枚の回転子用鉄板を積層した回転子鉄心と、該回転子鉄心を貫通するリベットから構成し、前記バランスウエイトの薄肉部を、前記リベットにて前記回転子鉄心に固定することを特徴とする請求項3に記載のロータリコンプレッサの製造方法。
