Abstract
【解決手段】回転圧縮機(ロータリコンプレッサ10)は、密閉容器12内に駆動要素14と該駆動要素14の回転軸16にて駆動される回転圧縮要素(第2の回転圧縮要素34)を収納し、該回転圧縮要素を、シリンダ(第2のシリンダ40)と、回転軸16に形成された偏心部に嵌合されてシリンダ内で偏心回転するローラ(第2のローラ48)と、該ローラに当接してシリンダ内を低圧室側と高圧室側とに区画するベーン(第2のベーン52)とから構成する。シリンダに吸い込まれる冷媒を渦流とする渦流形成手段(板部材80)を備える。

Claims (5)
- 密閉容器内に駆動要素と該駆動要素の回転軸にて駆動される回転圧縮要素を収納し、該回転圧縮要素を、シリンダと、前記回転軸に形成された偏心部に嵌合されて前記シリンダ内で偏心回転するローラと、該ローラに当接して前記シリンダ内を低圧室側と高圧室側とに区画するベーンとから構成して成る回転圧縮機において、
前記シリンダに吸い込まれる冷媒を渦流とする渦流形成手段を備えたことを特徴とする回転圧縮機。 - 前記渦流形成手段は、捻り成形された板部材であり、前記シリンダの吸込通路内に配設されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転圧縮機。
- 前記渦流形成手段は、捻り成形された板部材であり、前記シリンダの吸込通路に接続された冷媒導入管内に配設されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転圧縮機。
- 前記渦流形成手段は、前記シリンダの吸込通路内面に形成された螺旋状の溝であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転圧縮機。
- 前記渦流形成手段は、前記シリンダの吸込通路に接続された冷媒導入管内面に形成された螺旋状の溝であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転圧縮機。
