Abstract
【解決手段】本発明のスイッチトキャパシタ電源装置200は、n個のキャパシタCとn個のスイッチSだけで構成され、各キャパシタC間の接続を各スイッチSで切り換えて、入力電圧V1を別な出力電圧V2に変換する。ここでは特に、各スイッチSのオンオフを切り換えることにより、入力電圧V1に2の累乗若しくは2の累乗分の1を掛け合わせた電圧で、個々のキャパシタCを異なる電圧値に充電し、当該個々のキャパシタCの充電電圧を単独に若しくは幾つかを加算して、前記出力電圧V2を生成する充放電回路213を備えている。

Claims (3)
- 複数個のキャパシタと複数個のスイッチだけで構成され、前記個々のキャパシタ間の接続を前記個々のスイッチで切り換えて、入力電圧を別な出力電圧に変換するスイッチトキャパシタ電源装置において、
前記個々のスイッチのオンオフを切り換えることにより、前記入力電圧に2の累乗若しくは2の累乗分の1を掛け合わせた電圧で、前記個々のキャパシタを異なる電圧値に充電し、当該個々のキャパシタの充電電圧を単独に若しくは幾つかを加算して、前記出力電圧を生成する充放電回路を備えたことを特徴とするスイッチトキャパシタ電源装置。 - 前記出力電圧が段階的に増減を繰り返すように前記充放電回路を構成し、前記出力電圧を交流に変換するDC−AC変換器を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のスイッチトキャパシタ電源装置。
- 交流電圧を直流の前記入力電圧に変換するAC−DC変換器を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のスイッチトキャパシタ電源装置。
