Abstract

Claims (13)
- 内側導体、その周囲に同軸に配置された外側導体、およびその間に配置された誘電体を有する同軸の供給線と、
冷却チャンバに冷却液を循環させるように構成された、前記同軸の供給線の周囲に同軸に配置された管状カテーテルと、
その遠位端で裾広がりの開口を有する、前記管状カテーテルの周囲に同軸に配置されたハイポチューブと、
前記裾広がりの開口内に配置され、前記内側導体に操作可能に連結された放射区域と、
前記冷却チャンバを画定するために前記裾広がりの開口を囲う膜と、を含む電磁外科手術用熱灼プローブ。 - 前記膜が、低導電性の高周波透過材料から構築される、請求項1に記載の電磁外科手術用熱灼プローブ。
- 前記膜が、接着剤、圧着、および加熱溶接の少なくとも1つにより、前記裾広がりの開口の円周に取り付けられる、請求項1に記載の電磁外科手術用熱灼プローブ。
- 前記裾広がりの開口の円周上に配置された適合するメッシュをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の電磁外科手術用熱灼プローブ。
- 前記適合するメッシュがステンレス鋼から形成される、請求項4に記載の電磁外科手術用熱灼プローブ。
- 前記放射区域が、近位に配向された頂部および遠位に配向された基部を画定する形状において実質的に円錐状である、請求項1に記載の電磁外科手術用熱灼プローブ。
- 前記基部が、前記膜と少なくとも部分的に同じ場所にある、請求項6に記載の電磁外科手術用熱灼プローブ。
- 前記放射区域の遠位端が前記膜を介して伸長する、請求項1に記載の電磁外科手術用熱灼プローブ。
- 前記放射区域が、形状において実質的に円筒状である、請求項1に記載の電磁外科手術用熱灼プローブ。
- マイクロ波熱灼エネルギー源と、
前記マイクロ波熱灼エネルギー源に操作可能に連結され、内側導体、その周囲に同軸に配置された外側導体、およびその間に配置された誘電体を有する同軸の供給線と、

前記冷却チャンバを画定するために、前記裾広がりの開口を囲う膜と、を含む電磁外科手術用熱灼システム。 - 前記膜が、低導電性の高周波透過材料から構築される、請求項10に記載の電磁外科手術用熱灼システム。
- 前記膜が、接着剤、圧着、および加熱溶接の少なくとも1つにより前記裾広がりの開口の円周に取り付けられる、請求項10に記載の電磁外科手術用熱灼システム。
