Abstract
【解決手段】車両用回転電機は、回転子21、固定子22、回転子角度検出部23、トルク可変部24、制御装置25を備える。制御装置25は、回転子角度検出部23で検出された回転角度に基づいて回転子21の回転変動を検出する回転変動検出部50と、検出された回転変動に基づいてクランク角度を推定するクランク角度推定部52と、クランク角度に基づいて必要なトルクを発生させるタイミングを設定するトルク発生タイミング設定部54と、クランク角度に基づいて必要なトルクの発生量を設定するトルク発生量設定部56と、設定されたトルク発生タイミングとトルク発生量のトルクを発生するようにトルク可変部24に指示を与えるトルク発生吸収指示部58とを備える。

Claims (10)
- 燃料の燃焼により動力を発生する内燃機関に連結される回転子と、前記回転子と対向配置された固定子と、前記回転子の回転角度を検出する回転子角度検出手段と、蓄電装置から供給される電気エネルギーを前記回転子の回転エネルギーに変換する電動動作と前記回転子の回転エネルギーを前記蓄電装置に蓄える電気エネルギーに変換する発電動作とを切り替えることにより、前記内燃機関に付与するトルクあるいは前記内燃機関から吸収するトルクを発生させるとともに、これらのトルクの発生タイミングおよび発生量を可変するトルク可変手段とを備える車両用回転電機を制御する車両用回転電機の制御装置において、
前記回転子角度検出手段で検出された回転角度に基づいて前記回転子の回転変動を検出する回転子回転変動検出手段と、
前記回転子回転変動検出手段によって検出された回転変動に基づいて前記内燃機関のクランク角度を推定するクランク角度推定手段と、
前記クランク角度推定手段によって得られたクランク角度に基づいて、必要なトルクを発生させるタイミングを設定するトルク発生タイミング設定手段と、
前記クランク角度推定手段によって得られたクランク角度に基づいて、必要なトルクの発生量を設定するトルク発生量設定手段と、
前記トルク発生タイミング設定手段によって設定されたトルク発生タイミングで、前記トルク発生量設定手段によって設定された発生量のトルクを発生するように前記トルク可変手段に指示を与えるトルク発生吸収指示手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする車両用回転電機の制御装置。 - 請求項1において、
前記トルク発生タイミング設定手段および前記トルク発生量設定手段は、前記内燃機関で発生するトルクの変動を打ち消すトルクを前記車両用回転電機で発生するように、前記トルク発生タイミングおよび前記トルク発生量を設定することを特徴とする車両用回転電機の制御装置。 - 請求項1において、
前記クランク角度推定手段は、前記回転変動の加速度がマイナスからプラスに転じる位置がクランクの上死点の位置であるとしてクランク角度を推定することを特徴とする車両用回転電機の制御装置。 - 請求項1または2において、
前記トルク発生タイミング設定手段および前記トルク発生量設定手段は、前記内燃機関の発生トルクよりも小さくなるように、前記トルク発生タイミングおよび前記トルク発生量を設定することを特徴とする車両用回転電機の制御装置。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれかにおいて、
前記トルク可変手段は、
前記固定子に前記蓄電装置から電気エネルギーを供給、または、前記固定子に電流を通電するスイッチング素子と、
前記回転子角度検出手段によって検出された前記回転子の回転角度に応じて前記スイッチング素子の導通タイミングを制御するスイッチング素子制御手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする車両用回転電機の制御装置。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれかにおいて、
前記回転子は、界磁電流の増減によって前記回転子が発生する磁束量を変更することが可能であり、
前記トルク可変手段は、前記回転子に流れる界磁電流を設定する界磁制御手段を備えることを特徴とする車両用回転電機の制御装置。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれかにおいて、
前記トルク発生吸収指示手段は、前記蓄電装置と前記車両用回転電機との間に流れる電流と前記固定子に流れる相電流の少なくとも一方を可変する指示を前記トルク可変手段に与えることを特徴とする車両用回転電機の制御装置。 - 請求項6において、
前記トルク発生吸収指示手段は、前記電動動作と前記発電動作を相互に切り替える際に、前記界磁電流を界磁電流目標値に切り替えると同時に、前記固定子に流れる相電流を所定時間かけて徐々に変化させる指示を前記トルク可変手段に与えることを特徴とする車両用回転電機の制御装置。 - 請求項6において、
前記トルク発生吸収指示手段は、前記電動動作と前記発電動作を相互に切り替える際に、前記界磁電流をこの切り替え時点を含む前後の所定時間をかけて徐々に変化させる指示を前記トルク可変手段に与えることを特徴とする車両用回転電機の制御装置。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれかにおいて、
前記固定子は、並列接続された2つの三相巻線を有し、
前記トルク発生吸収指示手段は、前記電動動作と前記発電動作を相互に切り替える際に、前記2つの三相巻線のそれぞれについて前記電動動作と前記発電動作を切り替えるタイミングを所定時間ずらす指示を前記トルク可変手段に与えることを特徴とする車両用回転電機の制御装置。
