Abstract

Claims (14)
- ベアセルと、
前記ベアセルと電気的に連結される回路モジュールと、
前記ベアセルの側面を取り囲むように配置され、端部に少なくとも一つの開口を有する一体のチューブ状ケースと、
前記回路モジュールをカバーするように配置された上部カバーと、
前記ベアセルの下部をカバーするように配置された下部カバーとを含むことを特徴とするバッテリーパック。 - 前記一体のチューブ状ケースは、中空で長く延びて圧縮された円筒形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記一体のチューブ状ケースは、絶縁性物質を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記一体のチューブ状ケースは、熱収縮性物質を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記一体のチューブ状ケースは、ポリカーボネート(PC)、ポリプロピレン(PP)、ポリエチレン(PE)及びポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)から選択された少なくとも何れか一つの物質で形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記一体のチューブ状ケースは、
前記ベアセルの側面を取り囲む本体部と、
前記本体部から前記上部カバーの方向に延びた上部融着部と、
前記本体部から前記下部カバーの方向に延びた下部融着部とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記上部融着部、前記下部融着部及び前記本体部のうち少なくとも何れか一つは、前記ベアセルの一部と接触する表面に配置される融着フィルムを含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記上部カバー及び前記下部カバーは、各々ポリアミド系樹脂を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記ベアセルはパウチ型ベアセルであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記一体のチューブ状ケース、前記ベアセル、前記上部カバー及び前記下部カバーの間の空間に配置される樹脂をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記上部カバー及び前記下部カバーは、前記ベアセルが前記一体のチューブ状ケースの中に配置された後に、形成された空間に物質を射出成形して形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記上部カバー及び前記下部カバーは、前記ベアセルが前記一体のチューブ状ケースの中に配置される前に、射出成形によって形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記ベアセルは、前記回路モジュールが前記ベアセルに電気的に連結される前に、前記一体のチューブ状ケースの中に配置されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記回路モジュールは、前記ベアセルが前記一体のチューブ状ケースの中に配置される前に、前記ベアセルに電気的に連結されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
