Description

表示制御部２８は、撮像部２１から供給された入力画像を表示部２９に供給して表示させるとともに、アドバイス生成部２７からのアドバイスを表示部２９に供給し、アドバイスを表示部２９に表示させる。表示部２９は、例えば液晶ディスプレイなどからなり、表示制御部２８の制御に従って入力画像やアドバイスを表示する。
差分算出部２８３は、ローカルモーションベクタ抽出部２８１からのローカルモーションベクタと、グローバルモーションベクタ抽出部２８２からのグローバルモーションベクタとの差分の絶対値を求めて動きの差分画像を生成し、動き情報マップ生成部２８４に供給する。ここで、動きの差分画像における任意の画素の画素値は、その画素と同じ位置にある入力画像の画素のローカルモーションベクタと、入力画像全体のグローバルモーションベクタとの差分の絶対値を示している。したがって、動きの差分画像の画素の画素値は、入力画像の画素に表示される物体（または前景）の入力画像全体に対する、つまり背景に対する相対的な動き量を示している。

Claims (1)

  1. 前記算出手段は、前記第２の特徴の特徴量として、前記入力画像上の前記背景領域内の各領域におけるエッジ強度を抽出して、前記背景領域におけるエッジの複雑さに基づく前記第２の評価値を算出し、
    前記出力手段は、前記第２の評価値と前記第２の閾値との比較結果に応じて、前記入力画像の背景をぼかすべき旨の前記アドバイスを出力する
    請求項３に記載の画像処理装置。
