Claims (3)
- 有機化学検体を感知するための感知素子であって、

- 有機化学検体を感知する方法であって、
第1電極及び第2電極、並びに前記第1電極及び前記第2電極の少なくとも近位に配置されるミクロ孔質で疎水性の検体応答性誘電体材料を含む感知素子であって、前記ミクロ孔質で疎水性の検体応答性誘電体材料は、固有ミクロ孔質のポリマーである、感知素子と、
前記第1及び前記第2電極と電気的に導通する動作回路であって、前記第1及び前記第2電極に電圧を印加することができ、前記感知素子の電気的特性の変化を検出することができる動作回路と、
を含むセンサーを提供する工程と、
前記感知素子を1つ以上の有機化学検体を潜在的に含む環境に曝露する工程と、
電圧を前記第1及び前記第2電極に印加する工程と、
前記感知素子の電気的特性を監視する工程と、
を含む、方法。
