Claims (12)
- 医用デバイス(10)において、

引き寄せ手段(42,44)を備えており、該引き寄せ手段は、前記末端側把掴要素及び前記基端側把掴要素を互いに近付く方向へ移動させることにより、前記膝状部を屈曲させて、前記脛状部を前記デバイスの中心軸線に対して90°を超える角度で折り畳み、前記管体に重畳部を形成して、該重畳部をそれら脛状部の間でクランプするように構成されており、
トリガ手段(20)を備えており、該トリガ手段は、前記末端側把掴要素及び/又は前記基端側把掴要素を前記重畳部が捻られるように相対的に回転させるように構成されている、
ことを特徴とする医用デバイス。 - 前記腿状部の軸心方向長さは、前記脛状部の軸心方向長さより長いことを特徴とする請求項1記載の医用デバイス。
- 前記末端側把掴要素(48)及び前記基端側把掴要素(46)はいずれも、中心線の周囲に周方向に等間隔で配設された複数の脚状部を備えており、前記末端側把掴要素及び前記基端側把掴要素のそれら複数の脚状部は2列の脚状部列を成すように配設されており、それら2列の脚状部列は、前記末端側把掴要素の前記脚状部から成る末端側脚状部列と、前記基端側把掴要素の前記脚状部から成る基端側脚状部列とであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の医用デバイス。
- 前記末端側脚状部列は基端側へ向けられ、前記基端側脚状部列は末端側へ向けられており、前記末端側把掴要素及び前記基端側把掴要素が展開状態にあるときに、前記末端側把掴要素及び前記基端側把掴要素(48,46)の前記脛状部が互いに対向するようにしてあることを特徴とする請求項3記載の医用デバイス。
- 各把掴要素(46,48)は、ニッケル−チタン合金材料から成ることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載の医用デバイス。
- 各把掴要素(46,48)は、ポリマー材料から成ることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載の医用デバイス。
- 各把掴要素(46,48)は、組織と係合するように形成された先端縁を備えており、該先端縁は、鈎爪部、列設突起部、掛歯部、掛鈎部、尖端突起部、剛毛状突起部、針金状突起部、高摩擦係合部、粘着部、及び/又は、膨出部のうちの少なくとも1つを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項記載の医用デバイス。
- 各把掴要素(46,48)は、前記膝状部に形成される、鈎爪部、列設突起部、掛歯部、掛鈎部、尖端突起部、剛毛状突起部、針金状突起部、高摩擦係合部、粘着部、及び/又は、膨出部のうちの少なくとも1つを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項記載の医用デバイス。
- 前記末端側把掴要素及び前記基端側把掴要素(48,46)は、非展開状態と前記管体の一部を拡げるための展開状態とを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項記載の医用デバイス。
- 前記引き寄せ手段(42,44)は、前記脚状部の膝状部を屈曲させて、前記脛状部を前記中心軸線に対して90°を超える角度で折り畳む前に、前記トリガ手段(20)による回転のため、前記脛状部の各々が前記デバイスの軸心に対して垂直となるように、前記末端側把掴要素及び基端側把掴要素(48,46)を互いに近付く方向へ移動させるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項記載の医用デバイス。
- 前記末端側把掴要素及び基端側把掴要素(48,46)は、前記トリガ手段の操作により、互いに反対方向に回転可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項記載の医用デバイス。
- 前記末端側把掴要素及び基端側把掴要素(48,46)は、トリガ手段によって展開されることを特徴とする請求項9記載の医用デバイス。
