Description
(a)複数の異なるネジ頭径を持つネジ頭の製造

このように処理工程を分割することによって、非切断処理と切断処理(ネジ頭のカシメ処理、のこ盤によるスリットの切断処理)とを別個の処理工程に含めることができるので、各処理工程を自動製造機械における製造ステーションで実行することができるという利点が得られる。さらに、これらの処理工程が設定されたとおりに実行されるという利点がある。このため、単位時間当たりの製造個数を大きくすることができる。

Claims (10)
- 導電部材を接続するべく利用される、端子ネジ(3)を備える電気装置(1)であって、前記電気装置(1)は、ネジ回し用開口(11)を含むネジ(9)が内部に設けられているシャフト(7)を有する筐体(5)を備え、前記ネジは、前記シャフト(7)によって径方向において周囲を取り囲まれており、前記ネジ回し用開口(11)を用いることによってのみ特定の向きに回転可能で、前記ネジ頭(15)および前記シャフト(7)は、前記ネジ(9)が回転させられている間、第1の回転角度範囲内において最小ねじりモーメントが発生し、第2の回転角度範囲において最大ねじりモーメントが発生するように、互いに対して相対的に調整され、
前記ネジ頭(15)は、最大ネジ頭径(D1)、および、前記最大ネジ頭径(D1)と相対的に決められる短縮ネジ頭径(D2)を特徴として、前記シャフト(7)は、前記最大ネジ頭径(D1)に対応する第1のシャフト径(DS1)、および、前記第1のシャフト径(DS1)よりも小さい第2のシャフト径(DS2)を持ち、前記ネジ頭(15)の表面領域は、前記最大ネジ頭径(D1)の範囲では曲線状に形成され、前記短縮ネジ頭径(D2)の領域では平坦に形成されている電気装置(1)。 - 前記ネジ頭(15)と前記シャフト(7)との間のはめあいを、前記第1の回転角度範囲ではすきまばめ(17)として、前記第2の回転角度範囲ではしまりばめ(19)とする請求項1に記載の電気装置(1)。
- 前記第2のシャフト径(DS2)は、前記シャフト(7)内にリブ部材を配設することによって、実現される請求項2に記載の電気装置(1)。
- 前記ネジ頭(15)および前記シャフト(7)は、前記ネジ(9)を回転させる際に前記ネジ頭(15)および前記シャフト(7)が互いに係合するように、互いに対して相対的に調整される請求項1から請求項3のうち少なくとも一項に記載の電気装置(1)。
- 前記ネジ回し用開口(11)は、少なくとも1つの開口(23)において、前記ネジ頭(15)の表面領域を分断するスリットとして形成され、前記開口(23)の領域において、前記ネジ頭径(D2)は、前記ネジ頭(15)のほかの領域に比べて、短縮されている請求項1から請求項4のうちいずれか一項に記載の電気装置(1)。
- 前記ネジ頭(15)の前記表面領域は、前記開口(23)において、平坦且つ平面状に形成されている請求項5に記載の電気装置(1)。
- 前記開口(23)において、前記表面領域は、前記スリットに対して垂直に配置されている請求項1から請求項6のうちいずれか一項に記載の電気装置(1)。
- 前記ネジ頭径(D2)は、前記開口(23)において、前記ネジ頭(15)から前記ネジの端部の方向を見た場合、前記スリットの底部までのみ、短縮されている請求項1から請求項7のうち少なくとも一項に記載の電気装置。
- 前記ネジ頭径(D2)は、前記開口(23)において、前記ネジ頭(15)から前記ネジの端部の方向を見た場合、前記ネジ頭の高さ全体にわたって、短縮されている請求項1から請求項7のうち少なくとも一項に記載の電気装置(1)。
- 前記ネジ頭(15)は、互いに対向するように配設されている2つの開口(23)を特徴とし、前記ネジ頭の前記表面領域は、前記2つの開口(23)のそれぞれにおいて、平坦且つ平面状に形成され、前記2つの表面領域は、互いに対向するように配設されている請求項1から請求項9のうち少なくとも一項に記載の電気装置。
