Claims (14)
- プラスチック製ねじ付きエレメントであって、中心軸と、該中心軸を中心として複数回巻分回旋する外ねじのねじ部とを有する軸方向片を備え、前記外ねじは、プラスチック製支持部品に設けた受入開口内へねじ込むと逆ねじを形成するように構成されており、隣接する複数の巻回が、前記中心軸に平行に延在する少なくとも二つの切り屑溝によって、前記軸方向片の少なくとも一部の領域に亘って中断され、その結果、中断された各券回が、少なくとも一つの切削ウェブと一つの阻害ウェブとを備え、該切削ウェブの半径方向範囲は該阻害ウェブの半径方向範囲よりも大きく、外ねじの中心軸に対して直角に計った軸方向片のコア太さは、少なくとも軸方向片の前記長手方向溝の外にある前記一部の領域において一定である、ねじ付きエレメント。
- 偶数本、好ましくは2本、4本、6本、若しくは8本の切り屑溝を備える、請求項1に記載のねじ付きエレメント。
- 一巻回につき一つ、二つ、若しくは四つの切削ウェブを備え、切削ウェブが一つよりも多い場合には、対向する対として配置される、請求項1又は2に記載のねじ付きエレメント。
- 前記切削ウェブの半径方向範囲が、巻回の阻害ウェブの半径方向範囲よりも0.1〜0.5mm大きい、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載のねじ付きエレメント。
- 前記切削ウェブが、半径方向外側において鋭利な刃状であり、好ましくは平坦であり、若しくは曲率半径が無限大である、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載のねじ付きエレメント。
- 前記阻害ウェブの半径方向外側が丸められている、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載のねじ付きエレメント。
- 前記切り屑溝が、コア太さまで、若しくはコア太さを越えて、外ねじの巻回を中断している、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載のねじ付きエレメント。
- 前記切削ウェブが、差し込み方向に見て始点と終点のある周方向範囲を有し、始点及び終点における半径方向範囲が等しいか、或いは始点における半径方向範囲が終点における半径方向範囲よりも大きい、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載のねじ付きエレメント。
- ねじ頭部とねじ先端とを有するプラスチック製ねじとして形成される、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載のねじ付きエレメント。
- 内ねじ若しくは貫通孔を有するねじ付きブッシングとして形成される、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載のねじ付きエレメント。
- 少なくとも一つのプラスチック製支持部品と、該支持部品に設けた受入開口内へねじ込まれた先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載のねじ付きエレメントとを備える、接続組立体。
- 少なくとも一つのプラスチック製支持部品と、該支持部品に設けた受入開口内へねじ込まれたプラスチック製ねじ付きエレメント、好ましくは請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のねじ付きエレメントとを備える接続組立体の製造方法であって、前記ねじ付きエレメントは外ねじを有し、前記支持部品は受入開口を有し、前記方法は、
a.ねじエレメントを前記受入開口内へ軸方向にねじ込む工程と、
b.それにより、外ねじの複数の切削ウェブによって、受入開口の内壁に逆ねじを形成する工程と、
c.切削ウェブよりも半径方向範囲が小さく、複数の切り屑溝を介して切削ウェブから離間して配置されている複数の阻害ウェブを係合させることにより、形成された逆ねじ内に圧入させる工程と
を含む、接続組立体の製造方法。 - ねじ形成中に生じる材料の切り屑を、切り屑身を介して除去する工程をさらに含む、請求項12に記載の製造方法。
- プラスチック製ねじ付きエレメントの製造方法であって、
a.ねじ付きエレメントに対して相補的に形成した射出成形型を準備する工程であって、前記ねじ付きエレメントは、中心軸と、該中心軸を中心として複数巻回分回旋する外ねじのねじ部とを有する軸方向片を備え、隣接する複数の巻回が、前記中心軸に平行に延在する少なくとも二つの切り屑溝によって、前記軸方向片の少なくとも一部の領域に亘って中断され、それにより中断された各券回が、少なくとも一つの切削ウェブと一つの阻害ウェブとを備え、該切削ウェブの半径方向範囲は該阻害ウェブの半径方向範囲よりも大きく、外ねじの中心軸に対して直角に計った軸方向片のコア太さは、少なくとも軸方向片の前記長手方向溝の外にある前記一部の領域において一定であり、
b.ねじ付きエレメントを射出成形する工程と、
c.射出成形型からねじ付きエレメントを脱型する工程と
を含む、プラスチック製ねじ付きエレメントの製造方法。
