Claims (9)
- 頑強材料の細長いストリップ(10,110,210)から成る軽量構造素子用の支持構体において、
各ストリップ(10,110,210)に、該ストリップ(10,110,210)の一方の長手方向端縁(12)を起点とするスリット(14)を設け、該スリット(14)の幅は前記ストリップ(10,110,210)の材料の厚さよりも僅かに大きくし、前記スリット(14)は、前記ストリップ(10,110,210)の長手方向に対して交互に、斜め前方及び斜め後方に延びるよう形成し、また前記スリット(14)によりストリップ(10,110,210)を互いに挿入し、この挿入は、互いに挿入したストリップ(10,110,210)の長手方向が互いに直交するように行うことを特徴とする軽量構造素子用支持構体。 - 請求項1に記載の支持構体において、前記スリットの深さの選択を、互いに直交するよう位置決めした前記ストリップ(10,110,210)の長手方向端縁(12,16)が、1つの平面に接するように行う、ことを特徴とする支持構体。
- 請求項1または2に記載の支持構体において、前記スリット(14)の位置決めを、前記長手方向端縁(12)を起点とする前記スリット(14)の延長線が、前記長手方向端縁(12)と共に、ほぼ正三角形を形成するように、行うことを特徴とする支持構体。
- 請求項3に記載の支持構体において、前記正三角形の中心に型抜き部分(20)を設けたことを特徴とする支持構体。
- 請求項3または請求項4に記載の支持構体において、他のスリット(14)及び前記スリットが起点とする前記長手方向端縁(12)と共に正三角形を形成する、異なるスリット(14)を、他方の長手方向端縁(16)と共に、他の正三角形を形成するような距離毎に順次配置したことを特徴とする支持構体。
- 請求項5に記載の支持構体において、前記他の正三角形の中心に型抜き部分(20)を設けたことを特徴とする支持構体。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の支持構体の製造方法において、
まず長手方向に延びる前記ストリップ(10)をすべて一緒に互いに平行に配置して、前記スリット(14)を同じ高さに配置するステップと、この後に横断方向に延びるストリップ(10′)を、長手方向に延びる前記ストリップ(10)の前記スリット(14)に挿入するステップとを有することを特徴とする支持構体の製造方法。 - 請求項7に記載の方法において、前記長手方向に延びる前記ストリップ(10)を、前記横断方向に延びる前記ストリップ(10′)におけるスリット(14′)間の距離に対応する距離で即座に配置するステップを有することを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項7に記載の方法において、前記長手方向に延びる前記ストリップ(10)をパッケージ内に配置するステップと、その後、前記横断方向に延びる前記ストリップ(10′)を挿入して、それから前記長手方向に延びる前記ストリップ(10)を、前記横断方向に延びる挿入した前記ストリップ(10′)に沿って、前記横断方向に延びる挿入した前記ストリップ(10′)内の対応するスリット(14′)までシフトするステップとを有することを特徴とする、方法。
