- 結合要素が、室温への冷却直後に負荷に耐え得ることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の結合要素。
- 平面要素が、基材なしで形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の結合要素。
- 平面要素が、永久的な基材を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の結合要素。
- 接着剤が、プラスチックへの高い接着力を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載の結合要素。
- 接着剤が、特に互いに異なるプラスチックから成るプラスチック要素を永久的に相互に結合するように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一つに記載の結合要素。
- 接着剤が、異なる融点をもつ異なるプラスチック、特に最大30℃の融点差、好ましくは最大50℃の融点差をもつプラスチックから成るプラスチック要素(1、2)を永久的に相互に結合するように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の結合要素。
- 接着剤が、フェノール樹脂をベースとする接着剤であることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一つに記載の結合要素。
- 接着剤が、ニトリルゴムをベースとすることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一つに記載の結合要素。
- 2つのプラスチック要素(1、2)および結合要素(3)を備えたプラスチックハウジング、特にエアバッグハウジングであって、
結合要素(3)がプラスチック要素(1、2)の間に配置されており、かつ2つのプラスチック要素(1、2)が結合要素(3)によって永久的に相互に結合されているプラスチックハウジングにおいて、
結合要素(3)が、少なくとも1種の接着剤を備えた平面要素として形成されていること、ならびに接着剤が最初は非接着性であり、活性化によって初めて永久的に接着性であることを特徴とするプラスチックハウジング。 - 両方のプラスチック要素(1、2)が、互いに異なるプラスチックから成ることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のプラスチックハウジング。
- 両方のプラスチックが、互いに異なる融点を有しており、特に最大30℃の融点差、好ましくは最大50℃の融点差を有することを特徴とする請求項14に記載のプラスチックハウジング。
- 結合要素(3)が、請求項1〜12のいずれか一つに基づき形成されていることを特徴とする請求項13〜15のいずれか一つに記載のプラスチックハウジング。
- 特に請求項1〜12のいずれか一つに基づく結合要素(3)による、特にプラスチックハウジングを製造するための、2つのプラスチック要素(1、2)の結合方法であって、
結合要素(3)が、少なくとも1種の接着剤を備えた平面要素として形成されており、接着剤が最初は非接着性であり、
結合要素(3)がプラスチック要素(1、2)の間に配置されており、
接着剤が活性化され、それによってプラスチック要素(1、2)が結合要素(3)によって永久的に相互に結合される方法。 - 互いに異なるプラスチック、特に互いに異なる融点をもつプラスチック、好ましくは最大30℃の融点差、さらに好ましくは最大50℃の融点差をもつプラスチックから成る2つのプラスチック要素(1、2)が相互に結合されることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の方法。
- 接着剤の活性化が、超音波溶着および/または高周波溶着によって実施されることを特徴とする請求項17または18に記載の方法。
- 接着剤の活性化が、5秒未満、好ましくは2秒未満、さらに好ましくは1秒未満の処理時間内で行われることを特徴とする請求項17〜19のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- プラスチック要素(1、2)が、本質的に構造変化しないことを特徴とする請求項17〜20のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
