Claims (8)
- 細長い中空体(2)の軸方向成形装置(1)であって、
前記細長い中空体(2)を通す縮径金型(4)と、
前記細長い中空体(2)を、前記縮径金型(4)を通して軸(7)の方向に押し込むラム(5)と、
拡張マンドレル(6)と、
前記ラム(5)の軸方向移動を制限する手段と
を少なくとも備え、
前記ラム(5)および前記拡張マンドレル(6)は、同軸(7)上を移動可能であり、前記拡張マンドレル(6)は、前記ラム(5)内に配置される、細長い中空体の軸方向成形装置。 - 前記拡張マンドレル(6)は、前記ラム(5)とは独立して移動可能である、請求項1に記載の装置(1)。
- 細長い中空体(2)の軸方向成形方法であって、ラム(5)および拡張マンドレル(6)の同方向の移動によって、前記中空体(2)は、第1工程中に第1部分(9)において第1直径(10)まで縮小され、第2工程中に第2部分(11)において第2直径(12)に拡張される、細長い中空体の軸方向成形方法。
- 前記細長い中空体(2)を位置付けるために、前記第1工程中に容器(3)内でラム(5)および拡張マンドレル(6)の平行移動が行われ、前記ラム(5)は、前記細長い中空体(2)を縮径金型(4)の中に押し込む、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記中空体(2)を前記各直径(10、12)に拡張および縮小する前記各工程は、直後に連続して実行される、請求項3または4に記載の方法。
- 前記第2工程中に、前記拡張マンドレル(6)が少なくとも部分的に縮径金型(4)内に達するまで、前記拡張マンドレル(6)の軸方向移動だけが実行される、請求項3から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ラム(5)は、前記細長い中空体(2)に対して軸方向に作用し、前記拡張マンドレル(6)は、前記細長い中空体(2)に対して内側から径方向に作用する、請求項3から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 自動車(13)内におけるトルク伝達のために、請求項1または2に記載の装置によって、または請求項3から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって製造される中空体(2)の使用方法。
