Description
オーストラリア特許No647,561“燃料噴射方法”及びNo647,857“二重燃料噴射システム”にあるように、底部供給型噴射器を介して、液体状の燃料を噴射する二重燃料システムで、必要とする噴射器、高圧LPG用の比較的低流量噴射器及び低圧ガソリン噴射用の比較的高流量の噴射器の寸法を決める問題が存在する。
最良の方法は結合システムとして見ると、図2と3に示すものである。
その方法は、放射を抑制し、使用できる燃料を最大限活用し、ユーザに、より大きな経済性と満足を与えるように自動車工業向けの機械方式である。
Claims (23)
- 少なくとも圧力2.5MPaで送出が可能な高圧ポンプを使用して、予想される全作動温度でLPGなどの高蒸気圧燃料を液体状に保つ、高蒸気圧液体燃料噴射システム。
- エンジンの円滑な作動または容易な始動のための連続測定のため、畜圧器を利用して、概略圧力を前記2.5MPaに前記燃料を維持する、請求項1に記載の高蒸気圧液体燃料噴射システム。
- 前記タンクへの戻りラインを備え、前記高圧ポンプへ液体燃料を循環させるように、前記燃料タンク出口ラインの下に前記ポンプを設置し、又は前記タンク内にポンプを有することにより、前記高圧ポンプのキャビテーションを回避させるように、前記高圧ポンプへ前記高蒸気圧液体燃料を供給する、請求項1に記載の高蒸気圧液体燃料噴射システム。
- 前記ポンプは前記高圧器内に記録される前記圧力に応じて間欠的に作動することができ、前記エンジンの1分間作動により前記畜圧器内に常に十分な燃料を残す、請求項1に記載の高蒸気圧液体燃料噴射システム。
- 前記システムは、前記噴射器において比較的一定燃料圧力を保持するため、畜圧器なしに作動することができ、前記燃料ラインの弾性により支援されることが可能な、請求項1に記載の高蒸気圧液体燃料噴射システム。
- 前記高蒸気圧燃料は、共通レールから軸方向又は底部供給型噴射器により供給されることが可能な、請求項1に記載の高蒸気圧液体燃料噴射システム。
- 前記高蒸気圧燃料は、プラスチックまたはプラスチック被覆スチール構造から軸方向又は底部供給型噴射器により供給されることが可能な、請求項1に記載の高蒸気圧液体燃料噴射システム。
- 電気式又は機械式圧力ポンプは、検出され、かつ前記ポンプの作動を制御する前記エンジン管理システムへ伝達される前記畜圧器内の圧力に応じて間欠的に作動することができる、請求項1に記載の高蒸気圧液体燃料噴射システム。
- 変更できるが、2.5MPaを上回ることを予想できない作動圧力でLPGを液体状に保持することができ、かつ高圧ポンプで作動するミキサを介してジーゼルなどの別の低蒸気圧燃料をLPGまたは別の高蒸気圧燃料と混合することができる、高圧液体燃料噴射システム。
- 互いに隣接して、又は一ブロック内の設定口径とストローク寸法により作り出される異なる容量を利用することにより、及び単一軸により作動することができ、同一出力軸により作動される少なくとも二つのギヤーポンプ又は類似の容積式ポンプを有する高圧ポンプシステムを利用する、高蒸気圧液体燃料噴射システム。
- 前記容積式ポンプが、互いに設定容量を有し、それらの相対比率で前記燃料を混合することができる、高圧ポンプシステムを利用する、高蒸気圧液体燃料噴射システム。
- 前記好適実施例で、前記ポンプと前記畜圧器の間で前記ポンプより先に作動するミキサ手段を利用して、前記燃料が前記ポンプサイズにより設定される比率で混合される、高圧液体燃料噴射システム。
- 前記燃料が、混合手段を利用して前記ポンプ寸法により設定される比率で混合され、加圧ガス、バネ入り隔膜または他の手段により圧力を変化させることができる畜圧器を満たすようにされる、高蒸気圧液体燃料噴射システム。
- 前記混合燃料が、前記畜圧器内に加圧下で貯蔵される燃料で設定期間中、作動するように前記エンジンに供給されるのに十分な容量の畜圧器に貯蔵される、高圧液体燃料噴射システム。
- 前記予め混合された燃料が、前記エンジン管理システムへ接続される圧力センサを有する畜圧器内に加圧下で貯蔵され、前記高圧ポンプが前記畜圧器内で所要圧力を維持するように選択的に作動するようにする、高蒸気圧液体燃料噴射システム。
- 前記燃料混合物が、前記エンジンが作動していない期間後、加熱条件下またはそうでない条件下で、前記エンジンの容易な始動を可能にする圧力で前記畜圧器内に貯蔵される、高蒸気圧液体燃料噴射システム。
- 前記燃料は、前記タンクを選択するため、ソレノイド式ロックオフ弁を利用するだけで、一つのタンクから導入され、非混合単一燃料として前記畜圧器へ加圧下で供給される、高蒸気圧液体燃料噴射システム。
- 前記燃料は、前記タンクを選択するため、ソレノイド式ロックオフ弁を利用するだけで選択したタンクから導入され、前記代替え燃料の導入の前に前記噴射器を介して一つの燃料を排出する指示を含み、前記エンジン管理システムからの指示に応じて、燃料を切り替える能力を提供する非混合単一燃料として、選択された圧力で前記畜圧器へ供給され、及びその新しく導入される燃料の最適な使用を提供するため、前記エンジンへの作動指示が変更される、高圧液体燃料噴射システム。
- 前記燃料の混合物は、底部供給型又は軸方向供給型噴射器を利用して、前記畜圧器から共通レールシリンダ内噴射システムへ供給され、前記噴射時期と容量は前記エンジンの状況を記録するセンサからの情報に応じて前記エンジン管理システムの電子信号により制御され、前記エンジンは燃料切換え中、最適出力レベルで作動する、高蒸気圧液体燃料噴射システム。
- 前記燃料混合物が、前記畜圧器を前記噴射器と接続する硬いスチールまたは柔軟なプラスチックの配管を介して前記畜圧器から軸方向又は底部供給型噴射器へ供給される、高蒸気圧液体燃料噴射システム。
- 前記燃料混合物が、高熱効率プラスチック被覆剛性金属配管または強化プラスチック配管を介して、前記畜圧器から軸方向又は底部供給型噴射器へ供給される、高蒸気圧液体燃料噴射システム。
- 前記燃料混合物が、前記混合手段により混合された後、前記畜圧器からまたは直接前記ポンプから前記噴射器へ供給され、ソレノイド式絶縁弁を介して前記エンジン管理システムにより制御される、高蒸気圧液体燃料噴射システム。
- 前記燃料混合物が、前記エンジン管理システムにより選択され、前記加圧弁又は他の手段を介して変化する圧力で前記畜圧器から一組の噴射器に供給され、前記噴射時期とパルス幅は、燃料タイプの切換え中に、又は前記エンジンの一定動作中に最大効率を得るように、前記燃料の圧力と温度及び前記エンジン排気管内の酸素センサからの読み取り値を参照することにより、噴射パラメータを変更することができる前記エンジン管理システムにより制御される、高蒸気圧液体燃料噴射システム。
