Abstract
Description
- それらが使用される製造現場は、防爆に関する厳格な要求を満足せねばならない。加工技術的な側面から有用な連続乾燥機のようないくつかの装置の使用でさえも不可能である。
カーネルバッチのために、U3O8の形態にある20 kgのウランを硝酸中に溶解し、冷却して濾過した後に、得られた硝酸ウラニルの溶液に8.8 kgの尿素を添加し、そしておよそ90℃で4 h保持する。冷却後、1 kgのPVAおよび9.5 kgのTHFAを添加し、溶液を均質化させる。
500μmの径を持つUO2カーネルバッチのために、U3O8粉末の形態にある4 kgのウランを硝酸中に溶解する。溶液を4時間、90℃まで加熱することによって調製し、UO2 (NO3)2の組成を持つ化学量論比の硝酸ウラニルを得る。冷却し、そして濾過した後、500 g U/Lの溶液を8 L得る。
尿素と共に90℃で4時間加熱され、再び室温まで冷却された8.1 Lの硝酸ウラニル溶液

Claims (10)
- 重金属ウラン、トリウム、プルトニウムまたはその混合物の群の酸化物から球状燃料または増殖材粒子を製造するための方法であって、前記重金属の少なくとも1つの硝酸塩の出発溶液を調製する工程と、尿素および/または炭酸アンモニウムおよび/または重炭酸アンモニウムおよび/またはシアン酸アンモニウムおよび/またはビウレットの群の中の第1の試薬を添加する工程と、前記溶液の粘度を調節し、前記溶液を液滴に変えて小球体を形成するために、PVAおよび/またはTHFAの形態にある少なくとも1つの第2の試薬を添加する工程と、前記小球体をアンモニアを含有する雰囲気中で少なくとも表面領域において固化させる工程と、アンモニアを含有する溶液中で前記小球体を収集し、引続いて濯ぎ、乾燥させ、そして熱処理する工程とを含み、前記出発溶液の第1の試薬は室温で添加され、このようにして調製された前記溶液は温度T (80℃≦T<Ts、Tsは前記溶液の沸点である)まで加熱され、かつ前記温度で時間t (2 h≦t≦8 h)に渡って維持され、前記溶液は引続いて温度TA (TA≧室温)まで冷却され、最後に前記第2の試薬が添加されることを特徴とする方法。
- 前記溶液が、前記第2の試薬の添加に先立って室温まで冷却されることを特徴とする請求項1による方法。
- 尿素および/または炭酸アンモニウムおよび/または重炭酸アンモニウムおよび/またはシアン酸アンモニウムおよび/またはビウレットの群の中の第1の試薬が、固体状で前記出発溶液中に溶解されることを特徴とする請求項1による方法。
- 前記溶液が、温度T (T≒90℃)にて、時間tに渡って保持されることを特徴とする請求項1による方法。
- 前記溶液が、温度Tにて時間t (3 h≦t≦6 h)に渡って保持されることを特徴とする請求項1による方法。
- 1〜2.5モル濃度の硝酸塩溶液が前記出発溶液として使用されることを特徴とする請求項1による方法。
- 前記濯がれた小球体が、アルコールを使用せずに引続いての処理を受けることを特徴とする請求項1による方法。
- 前記小球体の濯ぎの後に、前記小球体中に存在する水分が、減圧雰囲気中でのさらなる処理によって除去されることを特徴とする請求項1による方法。
- 前記水分を除去するための更なる処理が、圧力p (0.07 MPa≦p≦0.09 MPa)にて実行されることを特徴とする請求項1による方法。
- 前記PVAおよびTHFAが、およそ1:10の化学量論比で前記溶液中に添加されることを特徴とする請求項1による方法。
