Abstract
Description
Claims (21)
- 温度の影響を受けやすい荷物を輸送するための包装において、該包装が、
内部容積を有するコンテナと、
前記内部容積内の断熱材と、
前記内部容積内の複数の異なる相変化材とを備え、
前記相変化材のうちの少なくとも1つが、温度が荷物の保護のために望まれる温度範囲外である前記相変化材のうちの別の相変化材による熱的損傷から、前記温度の影響を受けやすい荷物を保護するための熱緩衝材として働くようになっている、包装。 - 前記複数の異なる相変化材がそれぞれ、個別のコンテナ内に含まれる、請求項1に記載された包装。
- 前記荷物が、前記複数の相変化材のうちの1つによって実質的に囲まれるようになっている、請求項1に記載された包装。
- 前記荷物が、前記複数の相変化材のうちの2つによって実質的に囲まれるようになっている、請求項1に記載された包装。
- 請求項1に記載された包装を使用する方法において、
前記複数の相変化材のうちのいくつかを事前に調整して固体形態にするステップと、
前記複数の相変化材のうちの異なるいくつかを事前に調整して液体形態にするステップとを含む、使用方法。 - 前記荷物の保護のために前記温度範囲が、下保護温度及び上保護温度の間にあり、前記複数の相変化材のうちのいくつかが、下保護温度よりも高い温度で液相から固相へ変化し、
前記複数の異なる相変化材のうちの他の相変化材が、上保護温度よりも低い温度で固相から液相へ変化する、請求項5に記載された使用方法。 - 前記複数の相変化材の事前調整が、包装の輸送中の温度範囲の推定に基づいて行われる、請求項5に記載された使用方法。
- 断熱されたコンテナに入れられた温度の影響を受けやすい荷物を輸送する方法において、該方法が、
複数の相変化材のうちの1つを、前記コンテナ内の荷物を保護するために望まれる温度範囲外の温度に温度調整するステップと、
前記複数の相変化材のうちの1つを前記コンテナ内に挿入するステップと
を含み、前記複数の相変化材のうちの少なくとも別の1つが、熱流を緩衝するために前記コンテナ内に位置決めされ、該緩衝が、荷物温度を前記望まれる温度範囲内に維持するために役立つ、輸送方法。 - 前記温度調整するステップが、輸送中に前記コンテナが通過する温度の推定値を得るステップと、前記推定値に基づいて、複数の相変化温度のうちの少なくとも1つを温度調整するステップとを含む、請求項8に記載された輸送方法。
- 前記荷物が、前記複数の相変化材のうちの1つによって実質的に囲まれる、請求項8に記載された輸送方法。
- 前記荷物が、前記複数の相変化材のうちの少なくとも2つによって実質的に囲まれる、請求項8に記載された輸送方法。
- 温度の影響を受けやすい荷物を輸送するための包装において、該包装が、
コンテナ内部に配置された断熱材と
前記コンテナ内部の複数の相変化材と、
温度の影響を受けやすい荷物を受け入れるように寸法設定された荷物区域とを有し、
遠隔地へ輸送する際に、前記複数の相変化材のうちの少なくともいくつかを前記コンテナから取り除くと、前記荷物区域が形成されるようになっている、包装。 - 前記荷物区域が、前記複数の相変化材のうちの1つの内に形成される、請求項12に記載された包装。
- 前記荷物区域が、前記相変化材のうちの少なくとも2つによって囲まれる、請求項12に記載された包装。
- 前記断熱材及び前記複数の相変化材が、別個のコンテナ内に提供される、請求項12に記載された包装。
- 前記相変化材のうちのいくつかだけが水系である、請求項12に記載された包装。
- 包装を輸送する方法において、該方法が、相変化材及び断熱材を有するコンテナを遠隔地へ送るステップを含み、前記相変化材のうちのいくつかが、温度の影響を受けやすい荷物のための荷物区域を形成するために、前記遠隔地で取り除かれ、前記コンテナが、前記荷物を前記遠隔地から別の場所へ輸送する間の再使用に適合される、包装の輸送方法。
- 前記相変化材を事前に調整して、固体形態、液体形態、又は固液形態にするステップをさらに含む、請求項17に記載された包装の輸送方法。
- 前記コンテナの輸送中の予想される温度範囲に基づいて、前記相変化材を事前に調整するステップをさらに含む、請求項18に記載された包装の輸送方法。
- 包装を輸送する方法において、該方法が、
相変化材及び断熱材を含むコンテナを遠隔地から受け取るステップであって、前記相変化材のうちの少なくともいくつかが、前記遠隔地からの輸送前に事前に温度調整されるステップと、
荷物空胴を形成するために、前記相変化材のうちのいくつかを前記コンテナから取り除くステップと、
前記コンテナ及び前記相変化材のうちの少なくともいくつかを別の場所へ出荷する前に、温度の影響を受けやすい荷物を前記荷物空胴内に配置するステップと
を含む、包装の輸送方法。 - 前記別の場所への配送中の予想される周囲温度に基づいて、前記相変化材のいくつかを温度調整するステップをさらに含む、請求項20に記載された包装の輸送方法。
