Claims (6)
- 輸送される品目のための受け入れ空間を有する断熱されて閉じた容器に配置された少なくとも1つの潜熱貯蔵要素を予備調整する方法であって、
前記潜熱貯蔵要素は、定められたターゲット温度を有し、
前記潜熱貯蔵要素の初期温度、該潜熱貯蔵要素の熱容量、及び該潜熱貯蔵要素の前記ターゲット温度は、該潜熱貯蔵要素がその該ターゲット温度に到達するように、前記受け入れ空間に入れられるべき該潜熱貯蔵要素の該ターゲット温度に対して適切な冷却剤の質量を計算するのに使用され、
このように計算された前記質量の冷却剤が、前記受け入れ空間に入れられ、
前記受け入れ空間内の前記冷却剤が実質的に完全に溶融した時が確立され、前記容器に位置付けられた前記潜熱貯蔵要素がその前記ターゲット温度に到達したことが、それによって示され、
前記冷却剤は、この方法を終了させるために前記受け入れ空間から取り出され、前記容器内の前記受け入れ空間が前記輸送される品目を受け入れられるようにする、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 輸送される品目のための受け入れ空間を有する断熱されて閉じた容器に配置された少なくとも1つの潜熱貯蔵要素を予備調整する方法であって、
前記潜熱貯蔵要素は、定められたターゲット温度を有し、
前記潜熱貯蔵要素の初期温度、該潜熱貯蔵要素の熱容量、及び該潜熱貯蔵要素の前記ターゲット温度は、過剰な質量の冷却剤が前記受け入れ空間に入れられた後に必要である該潜熱貯蔵要素がその該ターゲット温度に到達するような期間を計算するのに使用され、
過剰に多い質量の冷却剤が、前記受け入れ空間に入れられ、
予め計算した前記期間が測定され、該期間に到達した後に、前記冷却剤は、この方法を終了するために前記受け入れ空間から取り出され、前記容器内の前記受け入れ空間が前記輸送される品目を受け入れられるようにする、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記冷却剤が前記容器の前記受け入れ空間に入れられた後に、該容器は、閉じられることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記冷却剤は、前記容器の前記受け入れ空間内で別の閉じた器、特にプラスチックバッグに入れられることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記潜熱貯蔵要素は、0℃よりもいくらか高いターゲット温度を有することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれに記載の方法。
- 水氷が、前記冷却剤として使用されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
