Description
1.容器のための内側壁要素の選択肢を提供し、かかる提供を行う際、少なくとも幾つかの内側壁要素を少なくとも2つの形態、即ち、潜熱蓄熱要素若しくは別の蓄熱要素又は真空断熱パネルとしての第1の形態及び真空断熱パネルよりも断熱作用の低い断熱プレースホルダ要素としての第2の形態で提供するステップ、
2.容器のための内側壁要素の全てを方法ステップ1.で提供された内側壁要素から選択するステップ、及び
3.方法ステップ2.で選択された内側壁要素をそれぞれ選択された形態で容器内の提供された位置に挿入するステップによって特徴付けられる。
4.容器の外側容器中に嵌め込み可能な内側容器のための内側容器壁要素の選択肢を提供するステップ、
5.内側容器のための内側容器壁要素の全てを方法ステップ4.で提供された内側容器壁要素から選択するステップ、及び
6.方法ステップ5.で選択された内側容器壁要素を外側容器内の提供された位置に嵌め込むステップを実現するのが良い。
Claims (11)
- 輸送容器システムであって、ベース(2)、ケーシング(3)及び蓋(4)を有する少なくとも1つの容器(1)を含むと共に前記容器(1)の壁上、その内側フェース(5)上に配置されていて前記容器(1)から取り外したり前記容器(1)中に挿入したりすることができる複数の内側壁要素(6)を含み、
各内側壁要素(6)は、前記容器(1)の対応の前記内側フェース(5)に適合した所定の寸法を有する、輸送容器システムにおいて、
前記内側壁要素(6)として実質的に同一の寸法を有する複数の構造体が前記輸送容器システムとして選択できるように提供され、
前記構造体をなす内側壁要素(6)は、対応の前記内側壁要素(6)について提供された前記容器(1)内の位置に挿入可能であり、
前記提供される複数の構造体は、潜熱蓄熱要素若しくは別の蓄熱要素又は真空断熱パネルから選択される構造体と、真空断熱パネルよりも断熱効果の低いプレースホルダ要素である構造体の2種類であるか、或いは、
潜熱蓄熱要素又は別の蓄熱要素である第1の構造体(6.1)、真空断熱パネルである第2の構造体(6.2)、真空断熱パネルよりも断熱効果の低いプレースホルダ要素である第3の構造体(6.3)の3種類であり、
前記内側壁要素(6)は、適宜僅かな隙間を除き、前記容器(1)内で全ての内側フェース(5)のところに配置され、
前記容器(1)は、前記ベース(2)、前記ケーシング(3)及び前記蓋(4)を有する外側容器(7)と、前記外側容器(7)内に嵌め込まれた内側容器(8)を含み、
前記内側容器(8)は、その一部として、個別的に取り出したり挿入したりすることができる個々の内側容器壁要素(9)を有し、前記内側容器壁要素(9)は断熱要素である、輸送容器システム。 - 前記容器(1)の前記ベース(2)と前記ケーシング(3)は、互いに固定的に連結され又は互いに一体に構成され、上方に開いた前記容器(1)は、前記蓋(4)によって閉鎖可能である、請求項1記載の輸送容器システム。
- 前記内側容器壁要素(9)が提供され、該内側容器壁要素(9)を形成する構造体は、内側容器真空断熱パネルである構造体と、真空断熱パネルよりも断熱作用の低いプレースホルダ要素であるもう一つの構造体の少なくとも2種類である、請求項1又は2記載の輸送容器システム。
- 前記内側壁要素(6)及び/又は前記内側容器壁要素(9)を形成する、異なる種類の構造体は、それぞれ少なくともほぼ等しい剛性及び/又は形状を有する、請求項1〜3のうちいずれか一に記載の輸送容器システム。
- 前記内側壁要素(6)及び/又は前記内側容器壁要素(9)は、板状構造のものであり、相互に向かい合ったエッジのところで互いに合致するように斜切されている、請求項1〜4のうちいずれか一に記載の輸送容器システム。
- プレースホルダ要素の形態をなす前記内側壁要素(6)又は前記内側容器壁要素(9)は、プラスチック、紙/厚紙、木材、又は軽量建築材料で作られている、請求項1〜5のうちいずれか一に記載の輸送容器システム。
- プレースホルダ要素の形態をなす前記内側壁要素(6)及び/又は前記内側容器壁要素(9)のうちの少なくとも一方は、別の形式の機能要素(11)を受け入れる少なくとも1つの切欠き(10)を有する、請求項1〜6のうちいずれか一に記載の輸送容器システム。
- 輸送容器システムの容器(1)を装備する方法であって、
前記容器(1)は、ベース(2)、ケーシング(3)及び蓋(4)を有し、
複数の内側壁要素(6)が前記容器(1)の壁上、その内側フェース(5)上に配置され、
各内側壁要素(6)は、前記容器(1)の対応の前記内側フェース(5)に適合した所定の寸法を有し、
内側壁要素(6)を前記容器(1)中に挿入したり前記容器(1)から取り外したりすることができる、輸送容器システムの容器(1)を装備する方法において、次の方法ステップ、即ち、
1.前記容器(1)のための内側壁要素(6)の選択肢を提供し、かかる提供を行う際、潜熱蓄熱要素若しくは別の蓄熱要素又は真空断熱パネルから選択された構造体と、真空断熱パネルよりも断熱作用の低い断熱プレースホルダ要素である構造体の少なくとも2種類の構造体を含み、前記容器(1)の外側容器(7)であって前記ベース(2)、前記ケーシング(3)、及び前記蓋(4)を有する外側容器(7)内に嵌め込まれる前記容器(1)の内側容器(8)のための断熱要素の形態をなす内側容器壁要素(9)の選択肢を提供するステップと、
2.前記容器(1)のための前記内側壁要素(6)の全てを前記方法ステップ1.で提供された前記内側壁要素(6)から選択するステップと、
3.前記容器(1)の前記内側容器(8)のための前記内側容器壁要素(9)の全てを前記方法ステップ1.で提供された前記内側容器壁要素(9)から選択するステップと、 4.前記方法ステップ3.で選択された前記内側容器壁要素(9)を前記外側容器(7)内の前記提供された位置に嵌め込むステップと、
5.前記方法ステップ4.の後に、前記方法ステップ2.で選択された、それぞれの選択された種類の構造体をなす内側壁要素(6)を前記容器(1)の全ての内側フェース(5)で前記容器(1)内の提供された位置に挿入するステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記方法ステップ1.において前記内側壁要素(6)をなす構造体は、潜熱蓄熱要素又は別の蓄熱要素から選択される第1の構造体と、真空断熱パネルである第2の構造体と、真空断熱パネルよりも断熱効果の低い断熱プレースホルダ要素である第3の構造体の3種類であり、或いは、
前記方法ステップ1.において前記内側壁要素(6)をなす構造体は、潜熱蓄熱要素である第1の構造体と、別の蓄熱要素である第2の構造体と、真空断熱パネルである第3の構造体と、真空断熱パネルよりも断熱効果の低い断熱プレースホルダ要素である第4の構造体の4種類である、請求項8記載の方法。 - 前記内側容器壁要素(9)が提供され、該内側容器壁要素(9)を形成する構造体は、真空断熱パネルである構造体と、真空断熱パネルよりも断熱効果の低い断熱プレースホルダ要素であるもう一つの構造体の少なくとも2種類である、請求項8又は9記載の方法。
- 断熱プレースホルダ要素の形態をなす前記内側壁要素(6)又は前記内側容器壁要素(9)は、これらの一部について、互いに異なる形態で、即ちプラスチックで作られた形態及び/又は紙/厚紙で作られた形態及び/又は木材で作られた形態及び/又は軽量建築材料で作られた形態で提供される、請求項8〜10のうちいずれか一に記載の方法。
