Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif pour diffuser du froid à température notamment constante sur des substances diverses enfermées dans des emballages isothermes. L'invention consiste à placer dans un caisson (10) au moins trois accumulateurs de frigories choisis parmi les eutectiques ou produits équivalentes (1), (2) et (3), chacun des accumulateurs de frigories étant porté à des températures différentes Tm, Tn, Tp, les trois accumulateurs de frigories étant disposés dans le caisson (10) selon un agencement varié, l'agencement comportant une ou plusieurs enceintes (compartiments ou plaques telles que (4), les trois accumulateurs de frigories n'étant cependant pas au contact les uns des autres parce que placés, chacun, séparément dans l'une ou l'autre des enceintes par exemple, sous forme de microvolumes (ou poches) fermés tels que (7), étanches, rigides ou semi rigides.
