Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif pour diffuser du froid à température notamment constante sur des substances diverses enfermées dans des emballages isothermes. L'invention (voir figure 2) consiste à placer dans un caisson (10) d'une part les substances (17) à conserver au froid et d'autre part au moins deux accumulateurs de frigories choisis ici parmi les eutectiques ou produits équivalentes X et Y, (deux eutectiques sur la figure 2), ces accumulateurs de frigories étant portés à des températures différentes, les accumulateurs de frigories n'étant pas directement au contact les uns avec les autres et étant disposés dans le caisson (10) sous forme de billes (22) qui, elles, sont en contact les unes avec les autres, les dites billes étant étanches, rigides ou semi rigides. L'invention s'applique notamment au transport de produits alimentaires.
