Description
−中空体を備える剛性ブッシングを、ケーブルの剥き出し端部に嵌合するステップであって、中空体の内径が、導体を受け入れるが、ケーブルのシースを受け入れず、ブッシングが、その端部に張出カラーを有するステップと、
−カラーの直径よりも小さい直径を有するわずかに円錐形の内面部分と、円錐形部分の最大直径よりも大きい直径を有する円筒形部分とを備える加熱金型内に、ケーブルおよびブッシングの端部を装着するステップと、
−シースの材料が軟化する温度まで金型を加熱するステップと、
−ブッシングが取り囲むケーブルの導体と軟化されたシースとの間にブッシングの本体が挿入されるように、ケーブルの軸の方向でブッシングを押し入れるステップであって、ブッシングのカラーが、シースの材料が金型の円錐形部分を満たすまでシースの材料をアプセットするステップと、
−シースを固化するために冷却し、ケーブルの端部を金型から抜き出すステップであって、端部が、張出カラーで終端する直径増加を伴う円錐形被覆部分を有するステップと、
−ケーブルの別の端部をハウジングの内部からハウジングの開口に挿入するステップであって、開口の直径が、円錐形被覆部分の最大直径よりもごくわずかに小さいステップと、
−ハウジングを閉じるステップと
を含む方法を提案する。
−広がっていない部分でのケーブルのシースの直径Dに等しい小さな直径を有する、好ましくは滑らかな円筒形内面部分62を備え、さらに、
−ケーブルの端部を成形するように適合された、部分62からわずかに広がり、Dよりも大きな直径D2に達する円錐形内面部分64を備え、直径D2は、ハウジングの開口24の直径よりもごくわずかに大きい(例えば、10分の1ミリメートル大きい)が、ブッシングのカラーの直径D1未満(約2ミリメートル小さい)であり、したがってカラーがこの円錐形部分に入ることができず、また、円錐形内面部分64は、好ましくは滑らかであり、さらに、
−D2よりも大きな直径D3の円筒形内面部分66を備え、円筒形部分66と円錐形部分64との間に(D3−D2)/2(約1ミリメートル)の高さの段差68を有し、直径D3は、剛性ブッシング40のカラー48の直径D1以上であり(好ましくは、ごくわずかに大きく)、したがってカラーが円筒形部分66に入ることができる。
Claims (10)
- 熱変形性プラスチック製のシースで被覆された電気ケーブルを電子回路ハウジング(12)に取り付ける方法であって、
中空体を備える剛性ブッシング(40)を、前記ケーブルの剥き出し端部に嵌合するステップであって、前記中空体の内径が、導体を受け入れるが、前記ケーブルの前記シースを受け入れず、前記ブッシングが、その端部に張出カラー(48)を有するステップと、
カラーの直径よりも小さい直径を有するわずかに円錐形の内面部分(64)と、前記円錐形部分の最大直径よりも大きい直径を有する円筒形部分(66)とを備える加熱金型(60)内に、前記ケーブルおよび前記ブッシングの端部を装着するステップと、
前記シースの材料が軟化する温度まで前記金型を加熱するステップと、
前記ブッシングが取り囲むケーブルの導体と軟化されたシースとの間に前記ブッシングの本体が挿入されるように、前記ケーブルの軸の方向で前記ブッシング(40)を押し入れるステップであって、前記ブッシングの前記カラー(48)が、前記シースの材料が前記金型の前記円錐形部分を満たすまで前記シースの材料をアプセットするステップと、
前記シースを固化するために冷却し、前記ケーブルの端部を前記金型から抜き出すステップであって、前記端部が、前記張出カラー(48)で終端する直径増加を伴う円錐形被覆部分を有するステップと、
前記ケーブルの別の端部を前記ハウジングの内部から前記ハウジングの開口(24)に挿入するステップであって、前記開口(24)の直径が、前記円錐形被覆部分の最大直径(D2)よりもごくわずかに小さいステップと、
前記ハウジングを閉じるステップと
を含む方法。 - 前記ブッシング(40)が、ケーブルが長手方向で引き抜かれにくくなるように、リブを設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ブッシング(40)が、ナイロンから製造されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記ブッシング(40)が、前記カラー(48)において最大直径の端部で終端する円錐形部分を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ブッシング(40)の前記円錐形部分が、外側および内側で円錐形であり、外側で円錐形状であって内側で円筒形である第2のブッシング(80)が、前記第1のブッシング(40)の内部に挿入されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記第2のブッシング(80)が、真鍮から製造されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記ケーブルの前記シースが、ポリウレタンから製造されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記金型の前記円筒形部分(66)の直径(D3)が、前記金型の前記円錐形部分の最大直径(D2)よりも約2ミリメートル大きいことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ブッシングが前記軟化されたシース内に押し入れられると同時に、前記カラーが、前記金型の前記円筒形部分と前記円錐形部分との間の段差に前記シースの端部を押し付け、それにより、前記ケーブルの端部にプラスチック・カラー(52)を形成することを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記金型の前記円錐形部分の前記内面(64)が滑らかであることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
