Claims (17)
- 隔離体により隔離される陰極(K)及び陽極(A)を持つ電気化学単電池(2)において、陰極(K)が少なくともリチウム遷移金属酸化物に基く活物質を含み、陽極(A)が少なくとも0.7Vの全行程を持つ開路電圧曲線及び鞍点なしの急勾配の電圧放電曲線を持っているような材料を陽極(A)が含んでいる、電気化学単電池。
- 陽極(A)が、黒鉛より高い格子不規則性を持つ黒鉛化不可能な炭素材料を含んでいる、請求項1に記載の電気化学単電池。
- 黒鉛化不可能な炭素材料が非晶質炭素を含む硬質炭素又は軟質炭素である、請求項1に記載の電気化学単電池。
- 硬質炭素が、例えば熱分解により分解された炭素繊維例えば綿布である、請求項3に記載の電気化学単電池。
- 硬質炭素が、リチウム化合物を炭素先駆物質と混合して、陽極(A)の電極導電材料として使用される硬質炭素/リチウム化合物混合物を形成することによって、調整される、請求項3に記載の電気化学単電池。
- 炭素先駆物質例えば硬質炭素先駆物質又は軟質炭素先駆物質が、次の成分即ち石油に基くピッチ、フェノール、セルロース、綿布、フェノール樹脂の少なくとも1つ又はその組合わせを含んでいる、請求項4に記載の電気化学単電池。
- 陰極(K)が少なくとも燐酸鉄リチウム(LiFePO4)、燐酸コバルトリチウム(LiCoPO4)、燐酸マンガンリチウム又は他の適当な燐酸塩を含んでいる、請求項1に記載の電気化学単電池。
- 隔離体がポリマ又はポリマ複合体を含んでいる請求項1に記載の電気化学単電池。
- 複数の平らな電気化学単電池(2)を持つエネルギー貯蔵装置(1)であって、各単電池が隔離体によって隔離される陰極(K)及び陽極(A)を含み、陰極(K)が、リチウム遷移金属酸化物基く二相活物質を含み、陽極(A)が少なくとも0.7Vの全行程を持つ開路電圧曲線及び鞍点なしの急勾配の電圧放電曲線を持っているような材料を陽極(A)が含んでいる、エネルギー貯蔵装置。
- 陽極(A)が、少なくとも黒鉛より高い格子不規則性を持つ黒鉛化不可能な炭素材料を含んでいる、請求項9に記載のエネルギー貯蔵装置。
- 各単電池(2)が、電気化学単電池(2)を互いに電気的に接続する1対の電極(A,K)を持っている、請求項9に記載のエネルギー貯蔵装置。
- 電気化学単電池(2)が直列接続されている、請求項9に記載のエネルギー貯蔵装置。
- 電気化学単電池(2)が並列接続されている、請求項9に記載のエネルギー貯蔵装置。
- 電気化学単電池(2)が直並列接続されている、請求項9に記載のエネルギー貯蔵装置。
- 請求項9に記載のエネルギー貯蔵装置(1)から供給される電力により駆動される駆動電動機を持つ電気自動車。
- 駆動電動機及び内燃機関を持つハイブリッド電気自動車であって、駆動電動機が請求項9に記載のエネルギー貯蔵装置(1)から供給される電力により駆動される、ハイブリッド電気自動車。
- 自動車電力供給システムにおいて、一次又は二次エネルギー供給装置として別々に、又は互いに組合わされるエネルギー供給装置として、請求項9に記載のエネルギー貯蔵装置の使用。
