Abstract
Description
戻り案内軌道12を有している。チップ軌道7は、セレクトレバー3をチップ軌道(チップ路)7内へ移動させて、そこで手動制御式のギヤ切り換え若しくは変速を行うために用いられるものである。係止用案内部材9のチップ軌道(手動制御式ギヤ切り換え軌道)7は、チップ軌道7の中央に配置された係止凹部Xだけを有しており、それというのはセレクトレバー3はチップ路7内では単安定式に作動され、各操作の後には終端位置「+」若しくは終端位置「−」に止まるのではなく、常に中央位置Xに戻されるようになっているものであるからである。
走行段位置の1つから駐車ロック位置へのセレクトレバー3の自動的な戻りのために、電動モータ式のアクチュエータ14を作動させると、これによって直動スピンドル16は図面で見て下方へ走出させられる。したがって傾倒レバー(旋回レバー)17を介して、傾倒レバー17と軸18により結合されている係止用案内部材9も同じく図面で見て下方へ移動させられ、その結果、係止ピン先端11は係止用案内部材9の所定の係止軌道7,8との係合を解除される。続いてセレクトレバー3は、容易にかつ自動的に、例えばばね負荷力によって駐車ロック位置に戻される。
Claims (11)
- ワイヤシフト式の変速装置の切り換え段のセレクトのための作動装置であって、該作動装置は少なくとも1つの走行段位置と駐車ロック位置との間を運動可能でかつ安定な係止位置を有するセレクトレバー(3)、並びにばね負荷された係止ピン(10)及び係止用案内部材(9)から成る係止装置を含んでいる形式のものにおいて、
セレクトレバー(3)の運動のためのアクチュエータ装置を設けてあり、該アクチュエータ装置は制御可能な係止解除装置(13)を含んでおり、該係止解除装置(13)によって、前記係止ピン(10)及び前記係止用案内部材(9)は、前記係止ピン(10)を前記係止用案内部材(9)の切り換え路(8)内に係合させている1つの相対位置から、前記係止ピン(10)と前記切り換え路(8)との間の前記係合を解除する別の相対位置へ移されるようになっていることを特徴とする、セレクトレバー戻り部を備える作動装置。 - 係止解除装置(13)は、係止用案内部材(9)を作動装置のケーシング底部(1)に対して相対的に運動させるための装置である請求項1に記載の作動装置。
- 係止解除装置(14)は、係止用案内部材(9)を係止ピン(10)のためのばね力の方向で移動運動させるように形成されている請求項2に記載の作動装置。
- 係止解除装置(13)は、係止用案内部材(9)を係止ピン(10)のためのばね力の作用線に対して垂直に動運動させるように形成されている請求項2に記載の作動装置。
- 係止用案内部材(9)は、係止ピン(10)を駐車ロック位置へ戻すための戻り案内軌道(12)を有している請求項4に記載の作動装置。
- 戻し案内軌道(12)は、駐車ロック位置に向かって下り勾配の傾斜面として形成されている請求項5に記載の作動装置。
- 係止用案内部材(9)は、係止解除装置(13)によって運転位置と戻し位置との間を直線的に往復運動させられるようになっている請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の作動装置。
- 係止用案内部材(9)は、係止解除装置(13)によって運転位置と戻し位置との間を往復旋回運動させられるようになっている請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の作動装置。
- 係止用案内部材(9)は、係止ピン(10)を受容して係止するための錠止軌道(21)を有している請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の作動装置。
- 係止軌道(21)は、係止軌道(8)の分岐路を成している請求項8に記載の作動装置。
- 係止解除装置は、セレクトレバーのための運動可能な案内部材を含んでいる請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の作動装置。
