Abstract
Description
その他の実施態様において、本発明は、外層を動物の死骸から取った後に、外層にファージを適用する方法を含む。より具体的な実施態様において、動物の皮を保存する工程の前に、および/または、その間に、ファージを動物の皮に適用してもよい。
加えて、このような実施態様において、外層へファージを適用するときと一緒に、またはその後のいずれかに、バクテリオシンであるナイシンのような化学療法用の抗菌剤を外層に適用してもよい。
Claims (18)
- 動物の体の外層に、少なくとも1種の微生物を標的とするファージを適用することを含む、動物性製品の衛生化方法。
- 前記適用が、前記ファージを含む乾燥組成物を該外層に適用することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記適用が、前記ファージを含む液体組成物を該外層に適用することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記適用が、実質的に、該外層にコーティングを浸透させることを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記適用が、加圧下で前記ファージを該外層に適用することを含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記適用が、該外層を動物の体の残りの部分から取る前に、前記ファージを動物の該外層に適用することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記適用が、該外層を動物の体の残りの部分から取る間に、前記ファージを動物の該外層に適用することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記適用が、該外層の外表面および内表面に前記ファージを適用することを含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記適用が、動物の体の残りの部分に前記ファージを適用することを含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記適用が、該外層を動物の体の残りの部分から取った後に、該外層に前記ファージを適用することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 該外層の洗浄または衛生化を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記洗浄または衛生化と、前記適用とが、同時に実行される、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記洗浄または衛生化が、前記適用の前に実行される、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記洗浄または衛生化が、少なくとも1種の微生物が増殖するための少なくとも1つのリザーバーを該外層から除去することを含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記適用が、該外層を保存する工程の一部として実行される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記適用が、該外層を保存する工程の少なくとも1つの条件に対して耐性を有するように選択されたファージを適用することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
