Claims (4)
- 熱交換要素;および
該熱交換要素の少なくとも1部分の表面上での、摩耗耐性コーティング
を含む、直接法における使用用の熱交換要素であって、ここで、該摩耗耐性コーティングが、該熱交換要素に冶金的に結合し、50ロックウェルCよりも大きい硬さを持ち、マトリックスを貫徹して分布される硬い粒子を含む、熱交換要素。 - 前記摩耗耐性コーティングが、200MPaよりも大きい結合強度を持つ、請求項1の熱交換要素。
- 前記摩耗耐性コーティングが、確認可能な劣化なく、300℃を超える温度での、HCl、クロロシラン、硅素(シリコン)粉末、およびH2の環境に耐え得る、請求項1の熱交換要素。
- ハロゲン化水素かハロゲン化有機物のどちらかとの粉末化硅素(シリコン)の反応によるハロシランの調製用の反応チャンバーと、熱移行媒体を運ぶための少なくとも1熱交換要素とを含む直接法反応器であって、該熱交換要素が、該直接法反応器の該反応チャンバー中、位置され、該熱交換要素が、その表面の少なくとも1部分上で、摩耗耐性コーティングを持ち、ここで、該摩耗耐性コーティングが、該熱交換要素に冶金的に結合し、50ロックウェルCよりも大きい硬さを持ち、マトリックスを貫徹して分布される硬い粒子を含むことを特徴とする、直接法反応器。
