Abstract
Description
このような球座弁の重要な使用例は自動車技術の分野、特に噴射技術の分野において見られる。たとえば球座弁は数多くの噴射装置において、このような装置の噴射特性を液圧式に圧力調整するため、および/または制御するために使用される。とりわけ高圧アキュムレータ噴射装置(コモンレール装置)の分野においては、球座弁は噴射開口を開閉する噴射弁部材のストロークを制御するために使用される。例えばこのような装置はDE10152173A1とDE19650865A1とに記載されている。これらの公知文献においては、直接的または間接的に噴射弁部材のストロークに影響を及ぼす制御室は、直にまたは別の孔を介して流入部を通って球座弁と接続している。この球座弁は弁球の他にアクチュエータを有しており、このアクチュエータは制御室を減圧室から分離するかまたはこの減圧室に接続するために、弁球を弁座に押し込むかまたはこの弁座から持ち上げる。
冒頭に述べた形式の球座弁において本発明の構成では、ディフューザが、弁座に向いた側に狭窄部を有しているようにした。
図1Aには背景技術に基づく球座弁110が示されており、この球座弁110は例えばDE10152173A1に記載された配置形式に相当している。球座弁110のDE10152173A1での構成では、以下に述べるように2ポート2位置方向制御弁である。しかしながら別の構成も可能である。
Claims (12)
- 流動媒体の通流を調節する球座弁(110)であって、弁座(120)と丸み付けられた閉鎖エレメント(116)、特に弁球とを有しており、さらに前絞り(126)を備えた流入部(122)と、前記前絞り(126)と前記弁座(120)との間に配置されたディフューザ(128)とを有する形式のものにおいて、
前記ディフューザ(128)が、前記弁座(120)に向いた側に狭窄部(134)を有していることを特徴とする、球座弁。 - 前記狭窄部(134)が、前記流入部(122)の横断面、特に前記流入部(122)の直径を、前記ディフューザ(128)の最大横断面、特に前記ディフューザ(128)の最大直径に対して30%から70%まで、特に40%から60%まで、特に有利には55%から60%まで減じている、請求項1記載の球座弁。
- 前記狭窄部(134)が、前記ディフューザ(128)の最大横断面の0%と100%との間、特に0%と50%との間の、流入軸線に沿った長さを有している、請求項1または2記載の球座弁。
- 前記狭窄部(134)が、前記弁座(120)とは反対側に円錐形の狭窄部区分(146)を有している、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の球座弁。
- 円錐形の前記狭窄部区分(146)が、前記流入軸線に対して20°と80°との間、有利には25°と65°との間の孔角度を有している、請求項4記載の球座弁。
- 前記狭窄部(134)がさらに、円錐形の前記狭窄部区分(146)と前記弁座(120)との間に配置された円筒形の狭窄部区分(148)を有している、請求項4または5記載の球座弁。
- 前記狭窄部(134)がさらに、円筒形の前記狭窄部区分(148)と前記弁座(120)との間に配置された第2の円錐形の狭窄部区分(150)を有している、請求項6記載の球座弁。
- 前記ディフューザ(128)が、前記狭窄部(134)の前に円筒形のディフューザ区分(136;138,142)を有している、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の球座弁。
- 前記ディフューザ(128)が、円筒形の前記ディフューザ区分(136;138,142)の前に付加的に円錐形のディフューザ区分(140)を有している、請求項8記載の球座弁。
- 当該球座弁(110)が、円筒形の前記ディフューザ区分(142)と円錐形の前記ディフューザ区分(140)との間の移行部において分割平面(144)を備えた弁ボディ(124)を有している、請求項9記載の球座弁。
- 高圧アキュムレータから内燃機関の燃焼室内に燃料を噴射する噴射装置(135)であって、少なくとも1つの噴射開口を開閉する少なくとも1つの噴射弁部材を有しており、さらに前記噴射弁部材と液圧式に接続された少なくとも1つの制御室(112)を有する形式のものにおいて、
前記制御室(112)が、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の少なくとも1つの前記球座弁(110)を介して減圧室(114)と接続されていることを特徴とする、噴射装置。 - 前記閉鎖エレメント(116)を作動するための少なくとも1つの電気機械式アクチュエータ(118)が設けられており、該電気機械式アクチュエータ(118)は特に電磁式アクチュエータおよび/または圧電式アクチュエータを有している、請求項11記載の噴射装置。
