Claims (12)
- ガス状の水素を少なくとも反応器の下部中に含まれている硫黄溶融液(9)中に分配するための分配装置(15)を含む、H2Sを水素および硫黄から連続的に製造するための反応器(1)において、分配装置(15)が硫黄溶融液(9)中に配置されており、縁部範囲(18)を有する下向きに延在する縁部(17)を備えた、反応器(1)中に配置された分配板(16)を有し、この場合水素は、分配板(16)の下方で形成される水素気泡から縁部範囲(18)を介して硫黄溶融液(9)中に分配可能であることを特徴とする、H2Sを水素および硫黄から連続的に製造するための反応器。
- 分配板(16)が通過開口(19)を有し、この通過開口を通じて水素は水素気泡から分配板(16)を介して硫黄溶融液(9)中に分配可能である、請求項1記載の反応器(1)。
- 分配板(16)の通過開口(19)の全開口面積が分配板(16)の面積に対して0.001〜5%である、請求項2記載の反応器(1)。
- 0.2〜3cmの直径を有する分配板(16)の円形の通過開口(19)または0.2〜3cmのスリット幅を有する分配板(16)のスリット状の通過開口を有する、請求項2または3記載の反応器(1)。
- 反応器(1)中で垂直に配置された開いた管(13)を備え、この管を通じてガス状の水素が分配装置(15)の下方で硫黄溶融液中に導入可能であり、分配板(16)の下方で水素気泡を形成することができる、反応器(1)中へのガス状の水素のための供給装置(11)を有する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の反応器(1)。
- 下向きに延在する縁部(17)が鋸刃状縁部範囲(18)を有し、この縁部範囲を介して水素が水素気泡から縁部(17)と反応器(1)の反応器ジャケット(25)との間の間隙(20)を通じて硫黄溶融液中に導入可能である、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の反応器(1)。
- 反応器(1)が少なくとも1つの接触管(21)を備え、この接触管中でH2Sへのガス状の硫黄と水素との反応が行なわれ、この場合少なくとも1つの接触管(21)は、硫黄溶融液(9)と部分的に接触している、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の反応器(1)。
- 少なくとも1つの接触管(21)が分配装置(15)の分配板(16)と結合されている、請求項7記載の反応器(1)。
- 少なくとも反応器の下部中に含まれている硫黄溶融液中へのガス状水素の導入を含む、H2Sを水素および硫黄から連続的に製造する方法において、ガス状の水素を、硫黄溶融液中に配置された、分配板(16)の下方で水素気泡を形成させるために下向きに延在する縁部(17)を有する、反応器(1)中に配置された分配板(16)を備えた分配装置(15)を介して硫黄溶融液中に分配し、この場合水素は、水素気泡から分配装置を通じて硫黄溶融液(9)中に分配されることを特徴とする、H2Sを水素および硫黄から連続的に製造する方法。
- ガス状の水素を水素気泡から分配板(16)の下方で分配装置(15)の下向きに延在する縁部(17)を介して縁部(17)と反応器(1)の反応器ジャケット(25)との間の間隙(20)を通じて硫黄溶融液(9)中に分配する、請求項9記載の方法。
- ガス状の水素を、水素気泡から分配板(16)の下方で下向きに延在する縁部(17)の鋸刃状縁部範囲(18)を介して分配する、請求項9または10記載の方法。
- ガス状の水素を水素気泡から分配板(16)の下方で分配板(16)中に設けられた通過開口(19)を通じて分配板(16)の上方に存在する硫黄溶融液(9)中に分配する、請求項9から11までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
