Claims (6)
- サージアレスタのための結合された長さ調整及びピボット・ユニットであって:
第一の部分(13)と;
ピボット面を有する第二の部分(14)と;を有し、
第一の部分と第二の部分が互いに軸方向に調整可能であることを特徴とする結合された長さ調整及びピボット・ユニット。 - 下記特徴を有する請求項1に記載の結合された長さ調整及びピボット・ユニット:
前記第一の部分及び第二の部分(13,14)は、それぞれに協働するネジ(13a,14a)により、互いに接続されている。 - 下記特徴を有する請求項1または2に記載の結合された長さ調整及びピボット・ユニット:
前記ピボット面は、前記第二の部分(14)の底面の、傾斜した外側部分(14b)からなる。 - 下記特徴を有する請求項1から3の何れか1項に記載の結合された長さ調整及びピボット・ユニット:
前記第二の部分(14)には、前記第一の部分(13)の底面内の非円形の軸方向の孔(13b)に対して一直線上に揃えられた軸方向の中央貫通孔(14c)が設けられている。 - 第一の端部電極(11)と;
第二の端部電極(12)と;
− 複数の円筒形のバリスター・ブロック(10)のスタック(10)であって、これらのバリスター・ブロックが第一の端部電極と第二の端部電極の間で当該バリスター・ブロック(10)の軸方向に交互に並べて配置されている、スタックと;
− 第一の端部電極(11)を第二の端部電極(12)に接続するクランプ手段(15)と;
電気的に絶縁性の外側ケーシング(19)と;
を有するサージアレスタ(1)において、
請求項1から4の何れか1項に記載された結合された長さ調整及びピボット・ユニットが、前記バリスター・ブロックのスタックと、第二の端部電極との間に設けられていることを特徴とするサージアレスタ。 - サージアレスタの組み立て方法であって:
第一の端部電極(11)を設け;
第二の端部電極(12)を設け;
複数の円筒形のバリスター・ブロック(10)スタック(10)であって、これらのバリスター・ブロックが第一の端部電極と第二の端部電極の間で当該バリスター・ブロック(10)の軸方向に交互に並べて配置されている、スタックを設け;
長さ調整デバイス(13)を設け;
ピボット・ユニット(14)を、前記バリスター・ブロックのスタックと第二の端部電極との間に、設け;
− 第一の端部電極(11)を第二の端部電極(12)に接続するクランプ手段(15)を設け;
電気的に絶縁性の外側ケーシング(19)を設ける;
ステップを有し、
前記長さ調整デバイスと前記ピボット・ユニットが、互いに接続されて、一つの単一のユニットとして設けられることを特徴とするサージアレスタの組み立て方法。
