Abstract
Description
Claims (9)
- 複合材部品を製造する方法において、
部品成形環境にプリフォームを装填する工程と、
前記環境を、溶液中または懸濁液中に触媒材料を運んだ溶媒で満たす工程と、
この液体を型から排出し、それにより前記プリフォームおよびまたは前記成形環境の内表面に、前記触媒材料の残留物を残存させる工程と、
前記成形環境を加熱し、その加熱後または加熱と同時に、このような条件下で、前記プリフォームおよびまたは前記成形環境の表面にカーボンナノチューブの構造物を成長させるように、炭素を含んだガスを導入する工程と、
前記炭素を含んだガスを除去する工程と、
前記プリフォームとカーボンナノチューブの構造物を通過して樹脂が分散する前記成形環境に液状の樹脂材料を導入し、前記樹脂が硬化されまたは固定されたら、完成した複合材部品を形成する工程とを含む方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、
前記成形環境は、真空バッグのレジントランスファー用の型アセンブリまたはレジントランスファー成形の工程に使用可能な他の拘束環境をなす型である。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、
前記成形環境は、金属製の型である。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法において、
前記触媒は、溶液中または懸濁液中の金属製の触媒材料である。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法において、
前記プリフォームは、炭素繊維のプリフォーム構造物であって、この炭素繊維のプリフォーム構造物は、前記カーボンナノチューブの構造物が、前記炭素繊維のプリフォーム構造物の間隙型構造の内部または前記炭素繊維の外表面を構成し、または前記炭素繊維のプリフォーム構造物の間隙型構造の内部または前記炭素繊維の外表面に付着するように設けられる。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の方法において、
前記炭素を含んだガスは、不活性ガスで前記型を洗い流すことにより除去される。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の方法において、
前記樹脂は、通常のレジントランスファー成形の技法または類似の技法を用いて、前記プリフォームのカーボンナノチューブの構造物に導入される。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の方法により製造される複合材部品。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の方法を実行する複合材部品製造システム。
