Abstract

Claims (23)
-
近位端部分と遠位端部分とを有する本体部分であって、前記近位端部分が内視鏡に取り付けられるように構成される、本体部分と、
前記本体部分を貫通し、生検サンプル採取器具を受け入れるように構成される通路であって、前記生検サンプル採取器具が前記内視鏡から伸張し、且つ前記通路を介して標的部位まで挿通する、通路と、
前記遠位端部分にある収容部分であって、前記通路と動作可能に接続され、生検手技中に前記標的部位から摘除されたサンプルを保持するよう構成された収容部分と、
を備える、生検採集器具。 - 前記収容部分が、前記通路と動作可能に接続された開口であって、前記サンプルが前記収容部分から外に通り抜けることを阻止するよう構成され、且つ前記生検サンプル採取器具は通過させるように構成される開口をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の生検採集器具。
- 前記収容部分が、前記収容部分の一部を形成するテーパ状の壁を備える、請求項1に記載の生検採集器具。
- 前記壁が、前記壁から伸張し且つ前記収容部分を部分的に被覆するフランジを含む、請求項3に記載の生検採集器具。
- 前記収容部分が、前記開口を被覆する隔膜であって、前記サンプルが前記収容部分から外に通り抜けることを阻止するよう構成され、且つ前記生検サンプル採取器具は通過させるよう構成される隔膜をさらに含む、請求項2に記載の生検採集器具。
- 前記生検採集器具の少なくとも一部分が実質的に透明であることにより、そこを通じた前記標的部位の観察が可能である、請求項1に記載の生検採集器具。
- 前記収容部分が、その中に、サンプルを保持するための複数のルーメンを備える、請求項1に記載の生検採集器具。
- 前記複数のルーメンの少なくとも1つが、そこに保持された前記サンプルの識別を可能にするための固有の表示を含む、請求項7に記載の生検採集器具。
- 前記本体部分と前記収容部分とが一体構成によって形成される、請求項1に記載の生検採集器具。
- 前記収容部分が前記本体部分と解除可能に接続される、請求項1に記載の生検採集器具。
- 前記本体部分が、前記生検採集器具の前記通路内に配置された補助収容部分であって、前記生検手技中に採集された別の組織サンプルを保持するよう構成された補助収容部分を備える、請求項1に記載の生検採集器具。
- 前記本体の前記遠位端部分が非侵襲性先端を備える、請求項1に記載の生検採集器具。
- 内視鏡をさらに備え、前記近位端部分が前記内視鏡に取り付けられる、請求項1に記載の生検採集器具。
- 前記内視鏡から伸張する生検サンプル採取器具をさらに備える、請求項13に記載の生検採集器具。
- 前記収容部に画定される開口であって、前記生検サンプル採取器具を受け入れるよう構成された開口をさらに備える、請求項14に記載の生検採集器具。
- 前記生検サンプル採取器具が前記サンプルを摘除し、且つ前記サンプルを前記収容部分に放出するよう構成される、請求項15に記載の生検採集器具。
- 前記生検サンプル採取器具が1本の鉗子である、請求項14に記載の生検採集器具。
- 前記生検サンプル採取器具が針である、請求項14に記載の生検採集器具。
- 生検手技中に組織を摘除する方法であって、
(a)本体部分と収容部分とを備える生検採集器具を提供するステップであって、前記本体部分が内視鏡に取り付けられるように構成され、前記収容部分が標的部位から摘除された組織の一部分を保持するように構成される、ステップと、
(b)前記内視鏡を、摘除されるべき前記組織の前記標的部位に向けて前進させるステップと、
(c)生検サンプル採取器具を、前記内視鏡を通じて装填するステップであって、前記生検サンプル採取器具が前記生検採集器具の遠位端を越えて伸張するステップと、
(d)前記標的部位から組織を把持し、前記生検サンプル採取器具を前記生検採集器具の中に後退させるステップと、
(e)組織を前記収容部分のルーメンに送り込み、そこに前記組織を保持するステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記標的部位の組織を切開して前記組織を下層組織と分離させるために、切断器具を、前記内視鏡を通じて装填するステップをさらに含む、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 針を、前記内視鏡を通じて伸張させて装填するステップをさらに含む、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記標的部位の前記組織の隆起を設けるため、生理食塩水を前記針に注入して前記標的部位に前記生理食塩水を浸透させるステップをさらに含む、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記生検サンプル採取器具を、前記生検採集器具の前記遠位端を越えて伸張させ、前記標的部位から組織を把持して前記サンプル採取器具を前記生検採集器具の中に後退させ、前記生検採集器具に別の組織を送り込んで保持するステップをさらに含む、請求項19に記載の方法。
