c)(i)0〜20重量%の非導電充填剤および/または非導電繊維、および
(ii)0〜5重量%の他の添加剤
からなり、ここで、(a)、(b)、(c)(i)および(c)(ii)の重量%はプラスチック組成物の全重量を基準にしており、(a)、(b)、(c)(i)および(c)(ii)の合計は100重量%である。
Claims (16)
- 冷却フィンを有しかつ光源と前記光源駆動用ドライブエレクトロニクスとを収納するハウジングを含む、照明アーマチュアまたは光発生装置であって、前記冷却フィンが、ポリマーと前記ポリマー中に分散させた熱伝導材料とを含むプラスチック組成物で作られており、前記プラスチック組成物が少なくとも2.0W/m.Kの方向平均熱伝導率を有することを特徴とする、照明アーマチュアまたは光発生装置。
- 前記方向平均熱伝導率が2.0〜15W/m.Kである、請求項1に記載の照明アーマチュア。
- 前記光源が、金属コアプリント回路基板(MC−PCB)上に取り付けられたLEDで構成されている、請求項1または2に記載の照明アーマチュア。
- 前記ハウジングが、前記ドライブエレクトロニクスに対面する第1表面と冷却フィンに面する第2表面とを有する金属シールドを含み、前記金属板および前記冷却フィンが伝熱的に直接接触している、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の照明アーマチュア。
- 前記冷却フィンが、表面を有するプラスチックシールドを備えたプラスチック体の、該表面から突出している細長い要素を構成する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の照明アーマチュア。
- 前記プラスチック体が、20W/m.Kを超える方向平均熱伝導率を有するプラスチック組成物で作られた一体成形部品である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の照明アーマチュア。
- 前記プラスチック体が、20W/m.Kを超える方向平均熱伝導率を有する第1プラスチック組成物で作られた層と、2.0〜20W/m.Kの方向平均熱伝導率を有する第2プラスチック組成物で作られたフィンとを含む2K成形部品である、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の照明アーマチュア。
- 前記照明アーマチュアが、電力供給手段の一部と電気絶縁材で作られた電気絶縁プラスチックシールドとを収納し、それにより前記電気絶縁プラスチックシールドが前記電力供給手段と前記ハウジングとの間に配置されている、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の照明アーマチュア。
- 前記金属板または一体成形部品と前記光源とが熱伝導性の電気絶縁材を介して接続されている、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の照明アーマチュア。
- 前記冷却フィンが、1〜10W/mKの範囲の平面貫通方向伝導率を有する熱可塑性材料で作られており、前記冷却フィンには高さ(H)の寸法および厚さ(T)の寸法があり、H/T比が少なくとも3:1である、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の照明アーマチュア。
- 冷却フィンを有しかつ光源と前記光源駆動用ドライブエレクトロニクスとを収納するのに適している照明アーマチュア用ハウジングであって、前記冷却フィンが少なくとも2.0W/m.Kの方向平均熱伝導率を有するプラスチック組成物で作られていることを特徴とする、照明アーマチュア用ハウジング。
- 前記ハウジングが請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のハウジングである、請求項11に記載のハウジング。
- 照明アーマチュアを組み立てるための方法であって、光源と、前記光源駆動用ドライブエレクトロニクスと、電力供給手段と、プラスチック部品(少なくとも2.0W/m.Kの方向平均熱伝導率を有するプラスチック組成物で作られ、かつ細長い要素が突出している表面を有するプラスチックシールド、および任意選択的に金属シールドおよび/または電気絶縁プラスチックシールドを含む)とを、前記プラスチック部品が前記光源と前記ドライブエレクトロニクスとを収納するハウジングまたはその一部を構成するように組み立てることを含む、照明アーマチュアを組み立てるための方法。
- 内面と外面とを有する前記金属シールドが、前記内面が前記ドライブエレクトロニクスに対面するように配置され、前記外面が、細長い要素が突出している表面とは反対側の前記プラスチック部品の表面と伝熱的に接触するように固定される、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記照明アーマチュアが請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の照明アーマチュアである、請求項13または14に記載の方法。
- 自動車のランプアセンブリまたはオフィスビルにおける、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の照明アーマチュアの使用。
