Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、管状形態のプラスチック包装を製造するための方法において、積層体11が巻き付けられる巻き付けステップと、前記積層体11の縁部8、9が接合される突き合わせステップと、前記積層体11の前記縁部8、9が共に溶接される締結ステップとを含む方法において、前記縁部の間に画定された溶接領域10を少なくとも覆うように、溶融状態のプラスチックビード12が押出されて、前記包装の内面に蒸着され、ことを特徴とする方法に関する。溶接領域(10)を生成するために必要なエネルギが前記プラスチックビード(12)から得られる。また、本発明は、上記方法に従って獲得される包装と、上記方法を実施する装置に関する。

Description
複雑な高周波溶接システムはもはや必要でなく、溶接を行うために必要なエネルギはプラスチックビードから得られ、
溶接を行うためのエネルギが内側から適用されることを前提として、管の外観が完全である利点を有し、従来技術のシステムでは、エネルギが外側から適用され、溶接は光沢がなく、また目立ち、また、
積層体の2つの縁部の間の接合部に沿った管の内側のPE又はPP(又は他の材料)から製造された実質的なカバー層(ビード)により、管内の製品と積層体の障壁層(例えばアルミニウム)との間の任意の接触が防止される利点を有する。
次に、PE又はPP製(又は他の材料)(単層又は多層であるかにかかわらず)の積層体11は、溶融状態で押出されたプラスチックビード12を管の内側に蒸着することによって、長手方向に溶接される。
図1と図2は、管の断面が積層体11によってダイ4に決定的に形成された後に、予熱されたコンベヤベルト3によって高さ調整可能なサイズ設定ダイ2に溶融状態で押出されたビード12の導入を示している。溶接ビード12は、最初に、予備成形された管の内側に対して適用される。次に、溶接は、所望の寸法(頂部溶接)に寸法決めされる。
図3と図4は、管の断面が積層体11によってダイ4に決定的に形成される前に、予熱されたコンベヤベルト3によって、高さ調整可能なサイズ設定ダイ2に溶融状態で押出されたビード12の係合を示している。このように、積層体11の縁部8、9は、その最終成形段階に、外側の駆動ベルト6及び調整可能な軸受ブロック5によって、予め配置されたビード12に対し適用され、押圧される。したがって、溶接は、ビード12を予め配置することによって、特に軸受ブロック5の高さ調整によって寸法決めされる。
図5と図6は、同様の原理を示しているが、反転しており、今回は下から溶接している。溶融状態で押出されたビード12は、管の断面が積層体11によってダイ4に決定的に形成された後に管の内側に直接蒸着される。次に、溶接は、内側ベルト3及び高さ調整可能なサイズ設定ダイ2によって押圧されて、寸法決めされる。この変形例では、溶接を行うために必要なビード12から得られるすべてのエネルギは、直接積層体11に伝達され、このように、例えば、内側ベルト3との接触によるエネルギ損失を最小にする。
図7と図8は、溶融状態で押出され、しかし張力を加えたビード12の係合を示しており、ビードのコンベヤベルト3への蒸着が回避される。このように、コンベヤベルト3との接触が可能な限り長く遅らされ、ビード12を成形かつ圧縮する操作と同時に行われるので、エネルギ損失が最小にされる。
図9と図10は、溶融状態で押出され、しかし張力を加えたビード12の係合を示しており、ビード12は積層体11によって直接駆動され、もはやコンベヤベルトを必要としない。次に、溶接は、圧縮ホイールによって、あるいは、代わりに、圧縮ブロック2(図示せず)によって押圧されて、寸法決めされる。

Claims (13)
- 管状形態のプラスチック包装を製造するための方法において、
積層体(11)が巻き付けられる巻き付けステップと、前記積層体(11)の縁部(8、9)が接合される突き合わせステップと、前記積層体(11)の前記縁部(8、9)が共に溶接される締結ステップとを含む方法において、前記縁部の間に画定された溶接領域(10)を少なくとも覆うように、溶融状態のプラスチックビード(12)が押出されて、前記包装の内面に蒸着され、前記溶接領域(10)を生成するために必要なエネルギが前記プラスチックビード(12)から得られることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記ビード(12)が、前記突き合わせステップの前に前記溶融状態で蒸着されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ビード(12)が、前記突き合わせステップ中に前記溶融状態で蒸着されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ビード(12)が、前記突き合わせステップ後に前記溶融状態で蒸着されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ビード(12)が、前記溶接領域(10)の下に溶融状態で配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ビード(12)が、前記溶接領域(10)の上に溶融状態で配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ビード(12)が、前記ビードの中心でバリア材料(16)と共に共押出されるプラスチックから構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に規定された方法に従って獲得される管状包装において、
該管状包装が、押出されたプラスチックビード(12)から構成される前記縁部の間に画定された前記領域を強化するための要素を備えることを特徴とする管状包装。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に規定された方法を実施するための装置において、
該装置が、積層体(11)によって囲まれるように設計された溶接棒(1)を含むことを特徴とし、該装置が、溶融状態のプラスチックビード(12)を押出して、前記溶接棒(1)の外面と前記溶接棒(1)の周りに配置された積層体(11)との間に配置するための手段(7)を含むことを特徴とする装置。 - 前記コンベヤベルト(3)と、前記溶接棒(1)の周りに巻き付けられた積層体(11)との間に、前記ビード(12)が溶融状態で配置されるように前記溶接棒(1)に配置された予熱されたコンベヤベルト(3)をさらに含む、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記溶接棒(1)の方向に積層体(11)と溶融状態のプラスチックビード(12)とに圧力を及ぼすように配置される外側駆動ベルト(6)及び調整可能な軸受ブロック(5)を含み、前記プラスチックビードが前記駆動ベルト(6)と前記溶接棒(1)との間に配置される、請求項9又は10に記載の装置。
- 前記溶融状態のプラスチックビード(12)を押出して、配置するための前記手段(7)が、前記溶接棒(1)の上面と同一の側面に配置される、請求項9〜11のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記溶融状態のプラスチックビード(12)を押出して、配置するための前記手段(7)が、前記溶接棒(1)の下面と同一の側面に配置される、請求項9〜11のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
