Claims (24)

近位端と遠位端を有するコアワイヤーであって、該コアワイヤーが、該ルーメン内に配置され、かつ、該編上げ構造近位部から該編上げ構造遠位部の地点又は遠位に延在する、コアワイヤー、並びに、
該コアワイヤー遠位端に取り付けられ、かつ、該編上げ構造遠位部の内径と少なくとも等しい外径を有する非侵襲的構成要素、
を含む脳血管系デバイス。 - 前記編上げ構造近位部と遠位部が約0.508mm(0.020インチ)以下の外径を有する、請求項1に記載の脳血管系デバイス。
- 前記複数のワイヤーがメタルワイヤーを含み、前記ワイヤーが、円形プロファイル、平面プロファイル、及びそれらの組み合わせから成る群から選ばれて、適宜、前記複数のワイヤーがニチノールを含む、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記ポリマーが、拡張可能部の拡張時に、前記編上げ構造近位部と遠位部の放射状の拡張を防ぐ、請求項1に記載のデバイス。

- 前記デバイスが、チューブ構造部の遠位端に取り付けられて、適宜、該チューブ構造部が、前記編上げ構造部の前記近位部から連続的であるか、前記コアワイヤーが少なくとも該チューブ構造部の長さに対して延在して、適宜、前記コアワイヤーと該チューブ構造部の複合体が、該複合体の近位部から遠位部まで可撓性的に変化するか、又はハンドルが前記コアワイヤーと前記チューブ構造部に連結し、該ハンドルが前記拡張可能部の作動を提供する、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第一拡張可能部が非拡張状態で約1cm以下の長さを有するか、又は前記拡張可能部が最大拡張状態で約6mm以下の直径を有する、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記複数のワイヤーが16以上の数量である、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第一拡張可能部の編組角が、前記編上げ構造部の縦軸から測定して約10度以下であり、適宜、前記第一拡張可能部の該編組角が、前記編上げ構造部の縦軸から測定して8度以下である、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第一拡張可能部が、最大拡張状態の場合に患者の血管に非侵襲的であり、適宜、前記拡張可能部が患者の血管から血餅を取り除くために適切である、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記編上げ構造部が第二拡張可能部をさらに含んで、適宜、前記編上げ構造部が、前記第一拡張可能部と該第二拡張可能部の間に配置される中間部をさらに含み、さらに、適宜、該中間部が前記編上げ構造部の中に少なくとも部分的に埋め込まれたポリマーを含むか、該中間部がポリマーカバーによって放射状に抑制されるか、該中間部がメタルバンドによって放射状に抑制されるか、又は該中間部が前記拡張可能部よりも高い角度の編組角を有する、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記デバイスがカテーテルシャフトの遠位端に取り外し可能的に取り付けられている、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第一拡張可能部が外側のポリマーカバーを備え、適宜、該外側のポリマーカバーがePTFEを含む、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第一拡張可能部が約5mm以下の長さを有する、請求項8に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第一拡張可能部が約4mmの長さを有する、請求項15に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第一拡張可能部が最大拡張状態で約6mm以下の直径を有する、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第一拡張可能部が最大拡張状態で約4mm以下の直径を有する、請求項17に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第一拡張可能部が最大拡張状態で約3.3mmの直径を有する、請求項18に記載のデバイス。
- 脳血管系デバイスを生産する方法であって、
所定の長さと、連続する編上げ構造部の中を通って延在するルーメンとを有する該編上げ構造部を提供し、かつ、該編上げ構造部の実質的に全長にわたりポリマーを少なくとも部分的に埋め込ませる工程、
拡張可能部と、該編上げ構造部に少なくとも部分的に埋め込まれたポリマーを有する近位部と、該編上げ構造部に少なくとも部分的に埋め込まれたポリマーを有する遠位部とを形成するために、該編上げ構造部から該ポリマーの少なくとも一部分を除去する工程であって、該拡張可能部が該近位部と該遠位部の間に配置される、工程、
コアワイヤーに非侵襲的構成要素を取り付ける工程であって、該コアワイヤーが近位端と遠位端を有し、さらに該非侵襲的構成要素が該編上げ構造部遠位部の内径と少なくとも等しい外径を有する、工程、並びに、
