Claims (29)
- 筒状の移植片本体区画と、
該筒状の移植片本体区画から延びると共に該筒状の移植片本体区画に固定されている半径方向に拡開可能なステントとを含み、該ステントは、近位端部と、遠位端部と、複数の支柱および頂点を備えるよう形成された蛇行リングとを有しており、
さらに、
隣接する近位側頂点から遠位に在る支柱の位置から遠位に延びる前記各支柱の延長部として一体的に形成された少なくとも一つの逆棘を含む、血管内移植片。 - 前記一体的に形成された少なくとも一つの前記逆棘は、拡開状態において、該逆棘が拡開されるルーメンの軸線に対してほぼ平行に遠位に延びて、前記血管内移植片が拡開される身体通路に部分的に貫通すると共に、遠位方向を向いた血液流れのために前記血管内移植片が軸方向に移動するのを防止するように形成されている、請求項1に記載の血管内移植片。
- 前記少なくとも一つの逆棘は、該逆棘が延びる支柱の長手軸線に対して約10°から約45°の仰角を有する請求項2に記載の血管内移植片。
- 前記少なくとも一つの逆棘は、該逆棘が延びる支柱の長手軸線に対して約5°から約70°の反跳角度を有する請求項2に記載の血管内移植片。
- 前記少なくとも一つの逆棘は約1mmから約5mmの長さを有する請求項1に記載の血管内移植片。
- 前記半径方向に拡開可能なステントは自己拡開式ステントである請求項1に記載の血管内移植片。
- 前記自己拡開式ステントは超弾性合金からなる請求項6に記載の血管内移植片。
- 前記超弾性合金はニチノール(登録商標)である請求項7に記載の血管内移植片。
- さらに、前記移植片本体区画に固定されたコネクタ部材を備え、該コネクタ部材は蛇行リング構造であって、近位側ステントに連結されている、請求項1に記載の血管内移植片。
- 前記筒状の移植片本体区画はさらに、少なくとも一つの膨張可能チャネルを備える請求項1に記載の血管内移植片。
- 前記筒状の移植片本体区画はさらに、少なくとも一つの膨張可能な環状部を備える請求項1に記載の血管内移植片。

- 前記近位側頂点は湾曲した外側面および湾曲した内側面を備え、これら外側面および内側面の両方は円形の曲率半径を有し、前記外側面の曲率半径は前記内側面の曲率半径よりも大きいようにした請求項1に記載の血管内移植片。
- 前記円形の曲率半径は共通の中心点を有する請求項14に記載の血管内移植片。

隣接する近位側頂点から遠位に在る支柱の位置から遠位に延びる前記支柱の延長部として一体的に形成された少なくとも一つの逆棘を含む、血管内移植片。 - 前記少なくとも一つの逆棘は、該逆棘が延びる支柱の長手軸線に対して約10°から約45°の仰角を有する請求項20に記載の血管内移植片。
- 前記少なくとも一つの逆棘は、該逆棘が延びる支柱の長手軸線に対して約5°から約70°の反跳角度を有する請求項20に記載の血管内移植片。
- 近位端部と、遠位端部と、複数の支柱および頂点を備えるよう形成された蛇行リングと、隣接する近位側頂点から遠位に在る支柱の位置から遠位に延びる前記各支柱の延長部として一体的に形成された逆棘と、を含む半径方向に拡開可能なステント。
- 移植片本体区画と、
該移植片本体区画から延びる半径方向に拡開可能なステントとを含み、該ステントは、近位端部と、遠位端部と、複数の近位側頂点と、複数の遠位側頂点とを有し、前記近位側頂点は湾曲した外側面および湾曲した内側面を備え、これら外側面および内側面の両方は円形の曲率半径を有する、血管内移植片。 - 前記円形の曲率半径は共通の中心点を有する請求項24に記載の血管内移植片。
- 前記円形の曲率半径は、互いにオフセットしている中心点を有する請求項24に記載の血管内移植片。
- 前記移植片本体区画は二分岐移植片本体区画である請求項24に記載の血管内移植片。
- 前記ステントは、少なくとも一つの遠位方向に配向された逆棘を具備し、該逆棘は支柱と一体的に形成されており、前記逆棘は、隣接する近位側頂点から遠位に在る支柱の位置から遠位に延びている請求項24に記載の血管内移植片。
- 患者の血管系を治療する治療方法において、
血管内移植片を準備し、該血管内移植片は、移植片本体区画と、該移植片本体区画から延びる半径方向に拡開可能なステントとを含み、該ステントは、近位端部と、遠位端部と、複数の支柱および頂点を備えるよう形成された蛇行リングとを有しており、さらに、隣接する近位側頂点から遠位に在る前記支柱の位置から遠位に延びる各支柱の延長部として一体的に形成された少なくとも一つの逆棘を含んでおり、
さらに、
前記移植片を患者の体内の治療部位まで供給し、
前記移植片を前記治療部位にて拡開し、それにより、前記一体的に形成された逆棘は、該逆棘が拡開されるルーメンの軸線に対してほぼ平行に遠位に延びて、前記血管内移植片が拡開される身体通路に部分的に貫通すると共に、遠位方向を向いた血液流れのために前記血管内移植片が軸方向に移動するのを防止する、治療方法。
