Claims (16)
- 複数のバッテリーセルがパックケース中に取り付けられ、前記バッテリーセルが互いに電気的に接続される構造に構築されたパックケースであって、
前記パックケースが、中空構造に構築された上側ケース及び下側ケースを包含し、
前記構造中で、前記バッテリーセルが前記上側ケースと前記下側ケースとの間に取り付けられた状態で、前記上側ケース及び前記下側ケースが互いに連結されており、
各ケースが、各ケースの内側部分に、前記バッテリーセルを支持するための複数のスペーサを一体的に備えてなり、
各ケースが、各ケースの外側部分に、各ケースの前記内側と連絡する複数の通気開口部を備えてなる、パックケース。 - 前記上側ケース及び前記下側ケースが、対称的な六面体構造で構築されてなる、請求項1に記載のパックケース。
- 前記上側ケース及び前記下側ケースが、前記上側ケースと前記下側ケースの間の界面の片側に形成されたフックと連結溝との間の連結により互いに連結されてなる、請求項1に記載のパックケース。
- 前記スペーサが、隣接するバッテリーセルの外側周辺部を部分的に取り囲むように、前記スペーサが各ケースの内側部分から突き出ており、
前記スペーサが、前記パックケースの中央で前記パックケースの外側と連絡するように、各ケースが、前記スペーサに対応する外側部分に通し穴を備えてなる、請求項1に記載のパックケース。 - 各ケースが、各ケースの、前記バッテリーセルの電極端子に対応する外側部分に、接続通し穴を備え、前記接続通し穴を通して前記バッテリーセルの電極端子が露出してなり、
各ケースが、各ケースの外側部分で、前記接続通し穴同士の間に、接続部材を前記パックケースに取り付けるための突起を備えてなる、請求項1に記載のパックケース。 - 前記接続部材が金属板である、請求項5に記載のパックケース。
- 前記上側ケースおよび/または前記下側ケースが、保護回路装置を対応するケースに取り付けるための連結部材を備えてなる、請求項1に記載のパックケース。
- 前記連結部材がフック構造に構築されてなる、請求項7に記載のパックケース。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のパックケースを包含する、バッテリーパック。
- 高速放電に使用される、請求項9に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 動力工具用の電源として使用される、請求項10に記載のバッテリーパック。
- ハイブリッド電気自動車用の電源として使用される、請求項10に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記バッテリーパックを構成するバッテリーセルの電極端子が、前記上側及び下側ケースの外側部分で、前記パックケース中のバッテリーセルの前記電極端子に対応する位置で形成された接続通し穴を通して露出し、
バッテリーセルの前記電極端子が、対応するケースの外側部分に取り付けた前記接続部材により、互いに電気的に接続されてなる、請求項9に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記バッテリーセルの電圧を検出するための検出部材が、前記接続部材にさらに接続されてなる、請求項13に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記検出部材が、プリント回路基板(PCB)、又はたわみ性プリント回路基板(FPCB)である、請求項14に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記保護回路装置が、前記パックケースの片側にさらに取り付けられ、
前記検出部材が前記保護回路装置に接続されてなる、請求項14に記載のバッテリーパック。
