Abstract
【解決手段】導電性繊維を鞘部に配したダブルカバリング糸条を経緯糸に含む織物であって、縫製部を挟んだ状態での表面漏洩抵抗値が、121℃下25時間での湿熱処理の前後で共に1×109Ω以下であるユニフォーム用織物。本発明では、特にダブルカバリング糸条のトータル繊度がそれ以外の糸条のトータル繊度より1.1〜5.0倍大きいことが好ましい。

2.導電性繊維を鞘部に配したダブルカバリング糸条とそれ以外の糸条とを経緯糸に含む織物であって、ダブルカバリング糸条のトータル繊度Aとそれ以外の糸条のトータル繊度Bとの比(A/B)が1.1〜5.0であり、さらに、縫製部を挟んだ状態での表面漏洩抵抗値が、121℃下25時間での湿熱処理の前後で共に1×109Ω以下であることを特徴とするユニフォーム用織物。
3.導電性繊維が、ポリエステル系樹脂からなる非導電性成分と、導電性粒子を含有するポリエステル系樹脂からなる導電性成分とで構成され、導電性成分の少なくとも一部が繊維表面に露出している形状を呈している導電性繊維であって、導電性繊維中にアンチモン化合物及びリン化合物が下記式(1)、(2)を同時に満足する量含有されていることを特徴とする上記1又は2記載のユニフォーム用織物。
(1)0.5×10−4≦〔Sb〕≦3.0×10−4
(2)0.1×10−4≦〔P〕≦20.0×10−4
なお、〔Sb〕はアンチモン化合物の含有量、〔P〕はリン化合物の含有量を表し、単位は「モル/酸成分モル」である。
4.上記1〜3いずれかに記載のユニフォーム用織物を用いた衣料であって、当該織物が3枚以上重なって縫製部を形成していることを特徴とする衣料。

(2)0.1×10−4≦〔P〕≦20.0×10−4
なお、〔Sb〕はアンチモン化合物の含有量、〔P〕はリン化合物の含有量を表し、単位は「モル/酸成分モル」である。
ダブルカバリング糸条とは、芯部となる糸(芯糸)の周りに鞘部を構成する糸(鞘糸)が異なる撚方向で2重に巻き付いたような形態をなす糸条をいい、本発明では、鞘部に導電性繊維を配することで、導電性繊維単独で織物を得る場合に比べ、優れた導電効果を得ることができる。
導電性成分として、極限粘度(フェノールと四塩化エタンとの等質量混合液を溶媒とし、温度20℃で測定した)0.75、カルボキシル末端基濃度が25geq/tのPBT(実質的にブチレンテレフタレート繰り返し単位が100モル%)に、導電性粒子として、平均粒径0.2μmのカーボンブラック(導電性成分中の27質量%となる量)を溶融混練したものを用い、常法によりチップ化して導電性成分とした。
導電性成分として、極限粘度0.65、カルボキシル末端基濃度24geq/tでイソフタル酸を15モル%共重合した共重合ポリブチレンテレフタレート(共重合PBT)に平均粒径0.2μmのカーボンブラックを導電成分中の30質量%となるように、溶融混練したものを用い、常法によりチップ化して導電性成分とした。
2 鞘糸
Claims (4)
- 導電性繊維を鞘部に配したダブルカバリング糸条を経緯糸に含む織物であって、縫製部を挟んだ状態での表面漏洩抵抗値が、121℃下25時間での湿熱処理の前後で共に1×109Ω以下であることを特徴とするユニフォーム用織物。
- 導電性繊維を鞘部に配したダブルカバリング糸条とそれ以外の糸条とを経緯糸に含む織物であって、ダブルカバリング糸条のトータル繊度Aとそれ以外の糸条のトータル繊度Bとの比(A/B)が1.1〜5.0であり、さらに、縫製部を挟んだ状態での表面漏洩抵抗値が、121℃下25時間での湿熱処理の前後で共に1×109Ω以下であることを特徴とするユニフォーム用織物。
- 導電性繊維が、ポリエステル系樹脂からなる非導電性成分と、導電性粒子を含有するポリエステル系樹脂からなる導電性成分とで構成され、導電性成分の少なくとも一部が繊維表面に露出している形状を呈している導電性繊維であって、導電性繊維中にアンチモン化合物及びリン化合物が下記式(1)、(2)を同時に満足する量含有されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のユニフォーム用織物。
