Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition that is excellent in the function of removing old keratin and the function of cleaning the skin, and can improve the skin condition.
So far, cosmetic compositions containing bamboo charcoal and charcoal have been studied and sold. Since charcoal is porous and adsorbs dirt such as sebum on the skin, blending into a detergent composition such as medicinal charcoal, bamboo charcoal, bincho charcoal, hinoki charcoal is disclosed (Patent Document 1). . In patent document 1, the use feeling at the time of washing | cleaning is aimed at by using the powdery charcoal whose particle diameter is 1 micrometer-500 micrometers. On the other hand, medicinal charcoal consisting of Bincho charcoal and Bincho charcoal is of high quality but has high density and high hardness, and since its capillary condensation has progressed very much, its adsorption function and deodorizing function are inferior. A technique for adjusting the pore diameter by processing to expand the effective adsorption surface area is also disclosed (Patent Document 2). Further, as a cosmetic composition for removing exfoliation of the skin and maintaining the health of the skin, exfoliating washing containing polyalkylene glycol and an anionic surfactant and further containing α-hydroxy acid or a salt thereof in the form of granules. A skin cleaning composition (Patent Document 4) and the like in which a polysaccharide powder such as an agar powder is blended with a material (Patent Document 3) and a surfactant have been proposed. Moreover, as a friction type skin external preparation, the composition (patent document 5) containing 1 type, or 2 or more types of the solid of silicon dioxide, a plant seed ground material, and a crystalline cellulose is an example of the composition containing inorganic powder. Has proposed a cleaning material (Patent Document 6) mainly composed of talc, kaolin, various micas, magnesium carbonate and the like.
However, in the cleaning agents and cosmetic compositions disclosed in Patent Documents 1 and 2, the main effect is the skin cleaning effect by the adsorption / deodorization function of the charcoal blended, and the charcoal generates negative ions. Although it has a function as a mineral ion source, the effect of improving the skin condition was insufficient. In the exfoliating cleansing material disclosed in Patent Document 3, α-hydroxy acid or a salt thereof may irritate the skin. Moreover, about the composition containing various powder currently disclosed by patent documents 4-6, when the shape of a powder is not smooth and it apply | coats and rubs on skin, there exists a possibility of giving an irritation | stimulation or damage with respect to skin. is there. For example, in the case of a plant seed pulverized product, the surface of the particle has protrusions due to the pulverization, and in the case of an inorganic powder, the crystal form is fine or the crystal itself. The surface is sharp at an acute angle. On the other hand, in the case of polysaccharide powder, it is considered that the effect of peeling off old keratin may be insufficient depending on the polysaccharide used.
In addition, the present inventors previously made a cosmetic composition in which a volcanic eruption foam was dispersed in a polymer compound such as polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol, methylcellulose, carboxymethylcellulose, beeswax and the like to form a solid, gel or cream. (Patent Document 7). The solid, gel-like or cream-like cosmetic composition disclosed in Patent Document 7 has less irritation due to friction of the skin, but since it undergoes a drying step when it is made solid or gel-like, the foam It has been found that the softness of the skin cannot be maintained sufficiently, and there is a risk of irritation to sensitive people with weak skin. Furthermore, it is difficult to contain a skin activation component in the volcanic ejecta foam.
In the present invention, in view of the above circumstances, a cosmetic composition having a good skin-beautifying effect, having little irritation to the skin, excellent in the function of removing old keratin and cleansing the skin, and improving the skin condition. The purpose is to provide.
As a result of intensive studies to solve the above problems, the inventors of the present invention have an appropriate hardness and porosity, and are effective in plants for a pulverized plant charcoal having a carbon content of 50 wt% to 65 wt%. The organic ingredients are found to remain, and by adding this together with a polymer compound to make a cosmetic composition, the irritation to the skin is further reduced, and old keratin and skin dirt are removed well, In addition, the present inventors have succeeded in improving the skin condition and completed the present invention. Furthermore, it discovered that a keratin removal effect and a skin cleansing effect could be improved by using inorganic powders, such as a volcanic ejecta granular material, a volcanic ejecta foam granular material, and kaolin, a zeolite, and a talc.

In this invention, you may select and use 1 type from said plant, and may use it in combination of 2 or more type. Such a plant is carbonized so that the carbon content is 50 wt% to 65 wt%, preferably 50 wt% to 60 wt%, and the obtained plant charcoal is used after being pulverized. If the carbon content is less than 50% by weight, the carbonization of the plant is insufficient, the effect of cleaning the skin by the pulverized plant charcoal cannot be expected, and the remaining amount of organic matter in the plant becomes too large. There is a possibility that the storage stability of the cosmetic composition to be contained is lowered. On the other hand, if the carbon content exceeds 65% by weight, carbonization proceeds excessively and the hardness of the vegetable charcoal becomes too high, which may cause irritation to the skin, and the remaining amount of effective organic components of the plant This is because the effect of improving the skin condition cannot be expected.
The above pulverized plant charcoal can be obtained, for example, by heating and carbonizing using a non-combustible heat storage, and then pulverizing. The incombustible heat storage body is preferably formed by adding and kneading a concentrated aqueous solution of sodium silicate to foamed particles of volcanic ejecta such as shirasu, pumice, mullet, pearlite, etc., by the method described in Japanese Patent No. 2958560. Carbon dioxide gas is injected into the kneaded product, and then fired to obtain an agglomerated product. Attach the non-combustible regenerator to the wall, floor and ceiling of the batch furnace, lay the mushroom made of the non-combustible regenerator in the middle, LP gas, charcoal, bamboo charcoal, briquette, electric Install one of the heat sources. The above-mentioned plant is placed on a non-combustible heat storage body and heated at 80 to 300 ° C. for about 4 to 24 hours. It is preferable to heat a large plant after cutting it to about 5 cm square. Further, in order to promote carbonization of the plant, it is preferable to perform carbonization after drying the plant so that the moisture content of the plant is 10 to 50% by weight in advance. Examples of such drying treatment include sun drying, heat drying, hot air drying, vacuum drying, freeze drying, and air drying.
粉砕機としては、スーパーミクロンミルE(ホソカワミクロン株式会社製)、スーパーオリオンボールミルSO(ホソカワミクロン株式会社製)等を用いることができる。 The obtained plant carbide is pulverized using a pulverizer to obtain a pulverized plant charcoal. For the purpose of the present invention, it is preferable to pulverize so that the average particle size is 30 μm or less. Here, the average particle diameter is a value obtained by a laser analysis method. As a pulverizer, Supermicron mill E (manufactured by Hosokawa Micron Corporation), Super Orion Ball Mill SO (manufactured by Hosokawa Micron Corporation), or the like can be used. In the cosmetic composition according to the present invention, one or more kinds selected from the pulverized plant charcoal having a carbon content of 50 to 65% by weight obtained as described above are used. In addition, in consideration of the exfoliating function and the skin cleansing function, the irritation to the skin and the feeling of use, one or more of the pulverized plant charcoal is 3% by weight to the total amount of the cosmetic composition. It is preferable to contain 20 weight%.
The pulverized plant charcoal prepared as described above has a carbon content of 50% to 65% by weight and contains 1 to 3% by weight of water. Furthermore, tocopherols such as α-tocopherol and γ-tocopherol, flavonoids such as catechin, anthocyanin, tannin, rutin, and isoflavone, phenolic acids such as chlorogenic acid, and polyphenols such as ellagic acid, lignan, curcumin, and coumarin are effective. Ingredients remain. Preferably, those containing 0.5 mg or more of tocopherol per 100 g and / or 0.2 g or more of polyphenol per 100 g are preferably used since an effect of improving the skin condition is expected. The pulverized plant charcoal used in the present invention may contain up to about 3.5 mg per 100 g of tocopherol and about 1.2 g per 100 g of tocopherol, depending on the type of plant used for the preparation of plant charcoal.
The cosmetic composition according to the present invention comprises one or more pulverized plant charcoal having a carbon content of 50% to 65% by weight together with a polymer compound. The cosmetic composition according to the present invention can be in the form of a liquid, paste, cream or solid. In the present invention, “liquid” means liquid or fluid, and includes a state having a slight viscosity. “Paste” refers to an amorphous state having high viscosity but fluidity, “Cream” refers to an emulsion having fluidity and irregular shape, and “solid” refers to Usually, it is solidified in a temperature range (0 ° C. to 50 ° C.) in which cosmetics are used and has no fluidity.
The polymer compound that can be used in the present invention is a polymer compound that is provided as a raw material for cosmetics, can impart an appropriate viscosity to the cosmetic composition, and contributes to the dispersion of the above pulverized plant charcoal, etc. It is not particularly limited as long as it can be used, for example, gums such as gum arabic, xanthan gum and guar gum, polysaccharides such as carrageenan, cellulose and pullulan, and waxes such as carnauba wax, moclaw and beeswax. Molecular compounds, semi-synthetic polymer compounds such as methyl cellulose, hydroxyethyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, carboxymethyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl starch, polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol, polypropylene glycol, sodium polyacrylate, carboxyvinyl It includes a synthetic polymer compounds such as a polymer, selected and used one or more from these. Among these, polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol, methyl cellulose, carboxymethyl cellulose and beeswax can be preferably used, and polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol and beeswax can be particularly preferably used. As these polymer compounds, it is convenient to use products marketed for cosmetics. The content of these polymer compounds with respect to the total amount of the cosmetic composition is appropriately 0.1 to 30% by weight, although it depends on the form of the composition.
Polyvinyl alcohol is obtained by saponifying polyvinyl acetate, and its viscosity varies depending on the degree of polymerization and the degree of saponification. As described above, the cosmetic composition of the present invention can be in the form of liquid, paste, cream, or solid. Therefore, in order to make the composition into such a form, polyvinyl alcohol has a polymerization degree of 350 to 690. A saponification degree of 90 to 99.4 mol% is preferred. In particular, when a solid composition is used, the saponification degree is more preferably 98 to 99 mol%. When the saponification degree is less than 90 mol%, it is particularly difficult to keep the composition solid. On the other hand, if the degree of saponification exceeds 99.4 mol%, the pulverized plant charcoal is difficult to be exposed on the surface of the composition (particularly the solid composition), which is not preferable. In addition, since the commercial item of polyvinyl alcohol is powder, it uses it as aqueous solution.
Polyethylene glycol is mainly used for improving the moisture retention function and adjusting the viscosity of the composition. Those having an average molecular weight of 500-1500 are preferred, and those having 900-1100 are more preferred. When the average molecular weight is less than 500, the viscosity of the composition decreases, and the moisturizing component tends to be excessively liberated from the composition (particularly, the solid composition). When the average molecular weight is 1500 or more, the viscosity becomes too high. This is not preferable because the moisture retention function of the composition (particularly the solid composition) tends to decrease. The average molecular weight is a value determined by an average molecular weight test described in Pharmaceutical Additive Standard 2003.
Beeswax is a refined wax obtained from beehives such as honeybees or European bees, and is mainly used to improve the moisturizing function of the composition, particularly in paste-like or cream-like compositions. The cosmetic compositions described above can be mentioned, and these can be produced as follows.
(I) Liquid cosmetic composition A liquid cosmetic composition can be manufactured by the following processes 1-4.
First, an aqueous polyvinyl alcohol solution is prepared (Step 1). The aqueous polyvinyl alcohol solution can be prepared, for example, by adding polyvinyl alcohol powder to purified water and heating it to 70 to 80 ° C. with slow stirring to completely dissolve it. The concentration of polyvinyl alcohol is preferably about 0.1 to 4.5% by weight. When the concentration is less than 0.1% by weight, the thickening is insufficient and the dispersion of the pulverized plant charcoal is not good, and a preferable feeling of use cannot be imparted to the composition. This is because the viscosity becomes too high and the fluidity is lost.
Next, polyethylene glycol is mixed in the polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution prepared above (step 2). Specifically, polyethylene glycol is added and mixed while heating the polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution at 70 to 80 ° C. to make it uniform. As for polyethyleneglycol, 5-30 weight part is preferable with respect to 100 weight part of polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution. When the polyethylene glycol is less than 5 parts by weight, the resulting composition is not smooth, and when it exceeds 30 parts by weight, the viscosity of the composition tends to increase and fluidity tends to be lost. You may add 1-5 weight part of beeswax with respect to 100 weight part of polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution further to a liquid composition.
Next, while heating the mixed liquid prepared above to 70 to 80 ° C., one or more kinds of pulverized plant charcoal having a carbon content of 50 wt% to 65 wt%, or volcanic ejecta powder 1 type or 2 types or more selected from the group consisting of granules and volcanic ejecta foam powder particles, or 1 or 2 types selected from the group consisting of kaolin, zeolite and talc, and uniformly added Mix until dispersed (step 3). As described above, the pulverized plant charcoal is preferably mixed and stirred in advance, further pulverized, and added as a mixture of fine powder having an average particle size of 30 μm or less. Moreover, it is preferable to add the said pulverized vegetable charcoal etc. in the range of 5-30 weight part with respect to 100 weight part of said liquid mixture in total of these. If the addition amount is less than 5 parts by weight, the cosmetic composition cannot be provided with a sufficient effect of removing keratin and skin stains, and if the addition amount exceeds 30 parts by weight, the cosmetic composition is applied to the skin. This is not preferable because the feeling of irritation tends to increase.
Finally, the mixture obtained in the above step 3 is filled in a desired container and cooled (step 4). This cooling step can be performed by allowing to cool for about 24 hours and then cooling at 2 to 10 ° C. for about 48 hours.
(B) Paste-like cosmetic composition Next, in order to obtain a paste-like cosmetic composition, first, an aqueous polyvinyl alcohol solution is prepared in the same manner as in step (1) above (step 1). However, the concentration of polyvinyl alcohol is preferably 5 to 30% by weight. This is because if the concentration is less than 5% by weight, the composition cannot maintain a pasty state, and if the concentration exceeds 30% by weight, the composition tends to be too hard to withstand use. Next, 5 to 30 parts by weight of polyethylene glycol and 1 to 5 parts by weight of beeswax are added to 100 parts by weight of an aqueous polyvinyl alcohol solution heated to 70 to 80 ° C. and kneaded until uniform (step 2). Next, one or more kinds of pulverized plant charcoal having a carbon content of 50 wt% to 65 wt% are added. In the same manner as described above, these are preferably mixed and stirred in advance, and further pulverized and added as a mixture of fine powder having an average particle size of 30 μm or less. Further, a total of 10 to 50 parts by weight is added to 100 parts by weight of the kneaded product (step 3). When the amount is less than 10 parts by weight, it is difficult to impart a sufficiently high keratin and skin dirt removal effect to the resulting cosmetic composition. When the amount exceeds 50 parts by weight, the skin composition is irritated by the cosmetic composition. Since there is a tendency, it is not preferable.
Finally, the composition obtained in the above step is filled into a desired container or mold and cooled (step 4). This cooling step can be performed by allowing to cool for about 24 hours and then cooling at 2 ° C. to 10 ° C. for about 48 hours.
(C) Creamy cosmetic composition In order to obtain a creamy cosmetic composition, first, an aqueous polyvinyl alcohol solution is prepared in the same manner as in step (1) above (step 1). Next, 5 to 30 parts by weight of polyethylene glycol, 3 to 15 parts by weight of beeswax, and 3 to 20 parts by weight of a surfactant are added uniformly to 100 parts by weight of the polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution heated to 70 to 80 ° C. Kneaded until (step 2). This is because it tends to be unfavorable.
Finally, the composition obtained in the above step is filled in a desired container or formwork, allowed to cool for about 24 hours, and then cooled at 2 to 10 ° C. for about 48 hours, thereby providing a creamy cosmetic composition. Can be obtained.
(D) Solid cosmetic composition To obtain a solid cosmetic composition, first, an aqueous polyvinyl alcohol solution is prepared in the same manner as in step (1) above (step 1). The concentration of polyvinyl alcohol is preferably 5 to 30% by weight. This is because if the concentration is less than 5% by weight, the composition cannot maintain the gel structure, and if the concentration exceeds 30% by weight, the composition tends to be too hard to withstand use.
Next, 5 to 30 parts by weight of polyethylene glycol is added to 100 parts by weight of the polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution heated to 70 to 80 ° C. and uniformly kneaded (step 2). When the polyethylene glycol is less than 5 parts by weight, the resulting composition is not smooth, and when it exceeds 30 parts by weight, the composition becomes hard and the skin irritation tends to be strong. Absent. In some cases, 1 to 5 parts by weight of beeswax may be added to 100 parts by weight of the polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution.
Next, while heating the mixed liquid prepared above to 70 to 80 ° C., one or more kinds of pulverized plant charcoal having a carbon content of 50 wt% to 65 wt%, or volcanic ejecta powder 1 type or 2 types or more selected from the group consisting of granules and volcanic ejecta foam powder particles, or 1 or 2 types selected from the group consisting of kaolin, zeolite and talc, and uniformly added Kneading until dispersed (step 3). As described above, the pulverized plant charcoal is preferably mixed and stirred in advance, further pulverized, and added as a mixture of fine powder having an average particle size of 30 μm or less. Moreover, it is preferable to add the said pulverized vegetable charcoal etc. in the range of 5-100 weight part with respect to 100 weight part of said liquid mixture in total of these. If the addition amount is less than 5 parts by weight, it is not possible to give the cosmetic composition a sufficient effect of removing keratin and skin stains. If the addition amount exceeds 100 parts by weight, the cosmetic composition is applied to the skin. This is not preferable because the feeling of irritation tends to be strong and the feeling of use tends to be poor.
Finally, the kneaded product obtained in the above step 3 is filled into a desired container or mold and solidified (step 4). This solidification can be performed by allowing to cool for about 24 hours and then cooling at 5 ° C. to 10 ° C. for 48 hours below freezing.
Accordingly, as a preferred embodiment of the cosmetic composition according to the present invention, (a) one or more kinds of pulverized plant charcoal having an average particle size of 30 μm or less and a carbon content of 50 wt% to 65 wt% A cosmetic composition containing polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol and beeswax, which is liquid, pasty or creamy, and (b) one or two pulverized vegetable charcoal having a carbon content of 50% to 65% by weight One or more selected from the group consisting of volcanic ejecta powder and volcanic ejecta foam and / or one or more selected from the group consisting of kaolin, zeolite and talc, or A cosmetic composition containing two or more, polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol and beeswax, and in a liquid, paste or cream form, (c) an average particle size of 30 μm A solid cosmetic composition containing one or more pulverized plant charcoal having a carbon content of 50% to 65% by weight, polyvinyl alcohol and polyethylene glycol, and (d) carbon content 1 type, or 2 or more types selected from the group consisting of 1 type or 2 types or more of pulverized plant charcoal having a weight of 50 wt% to 65 wt%, and volcanic product fine particles and volcanic product foam particles And / or a cosmetic composition containing one or more selected from the group consisting of kaolin, zeolite and talc, polyvinyl alcohol and polyethylene glycol, and in a solid form. On the other hand, the carbon content of the pulverized sweet potato charcoal obtained by the comparative production example was 85% by weight. In addition, Table 1 shows the analysis results of the sweet potato charcoal obtained in Production Example 1 and Comparative Production Example. Furthermore, the analysis result about the water extract of the sweet potato charcoal ground material obtained by manufacture example 1 is shown in Table 2 and 3.
From Table 1, the sweet potato charcoal obtained in Production Example 1 contains tocopherols and polyphenols in an amount of 3.0 mg and 0.97 g per 100 g, and when used in a cosmetic composition, On the other hand, it was suggested that the anti-aging effect and the cell activation effect can be exhibited and the skin condition can be improved. On the other hand, in the sweet potato charcoal obtained by the comparative production example, potassium was contained in the same degree as in Production Example 1, but the tocopherol content was 1/10 or less of that in Production Example 1. The content of polyphenols was about 1/8 that of Production Example 1, and these organic components did not remain so much.
From Table 2, in the water extract of the ground sweet potato charcoal obtained in Production Example 1, no toxic metals such as arsenic, lead, cadmium, etc. are detected, and when used in a cosmetic composition containing water, It is considered safe. Moreover, from Table 3, in the water extract of the sweet potato charcoal obtained in Production Example 1, some elution of tocopherols and polyphenols was observed, and the sweet potato charcoal was contained in the cosmetic composition containing water. In such a case, an effect of improving the skin condition by tocopherols eluted in water can be expected.
