Abstract
【課題】 下水道や、食品加工工場等の産業排水の処理工程から排出される被処理水に含まれるリンを回収再利用するための水処理装置を提供する。
【解決手段】 不純物類を排除するため、被処理水1を反応器3−1〜3に通水し被処理水1中に含有するリンを吸着剤2で除去した後、第1〜3処理水排出経路4−1〜3から、各反応器に保持される液をそれぞれ排出し、被処理水1に由来する不純物類を排除する。排出されるリン吸着剤2からのリン含有の脱離薬液中への被処理水1中の不純物の影響を排除できるため、目的とするリン回収物原料以外の物質を含まないリン含有液を得ることができる。

Claims (8)
- 被処理水中に含有するリンを回収するリン吸着剤と、
前記リン吸着剤を充填する反応器と、
前記反応器への前記被処理水の導入経路と、
前記反応器からのリン除去済みの被処理水の排出経路と、
リン吸着済みのリン吸着剤からリンを脱離するリン脱離薬液を通水する第一の通水手段と、
通水処理された前記リン脱離薬液からリン酸塩を得るリン回収手段と、
前記リン吸着剤を再生する再生薬液を循環通水する第二の通水手段と、
前記被処理水または前記リン脱離薬液の前記反応器通水後に、前記反応器が保持する液を排出する排出手段を有する水処理装置。 - 前記反応器が保持する前記被処理水を排出したのち、上向流で反応器に液体を供給することを特徴とする請求項1記載の水処理装置。
- 上向流で反応器に供給する液体が脱離薬液であることを特徴とする請求項2記載の水処理装置。
- 前記反応器が保持する前記脱離薬液を排出したのち、上向流で反応器に液体を供給することを特徴とする請求項1記載の水処理装置。
- 上向流で反応器に供給する液体が再生薬液であることを特徴とする請求項4記載の水処理装置。
- 前記反応器が保持する再生薬液を排出したのち、循環させて再度再生薬液の一部として利用することを特徴とする請求項1乃至5いずれか一項記載の水処理装置。
- 前記リン脱離薬液の通水処理液から得るリン酸塩がリン酸カルシウム塩であり、前記通水処理水を固体のリン酸カルシウム塩と接触させることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6いずれか一項記載の水処理装置。
- 固体状または液体状のカルシウム塩由来物を注入するカルシウム塩由来物注入手段を、さらに有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至7いずれか一項記載の水処理装置。
