Abstract
【解決手段】燃料電池システム20を構成する燃料電池スタック32のカソード側出口に設けられる調圧弁36は、開度の調整に応じて燃料電池スタック32内の酸化ガス圧力を調整する機能を有する。排気管12に水が浸入すると排気管12の中の圧力は大気圧から変化し、調圧弁36の開度が変化する。制御装置50の浸水推定信号出力処理部54は、調圧弁36の開度と運転指示圧に相当する予定開度との間の差である開度偏差が予め定めた閾値開度偏差以上のときに、排気管12に浸水している恐れがあるとして浸水推定信号を出力する。これに基づいて浸水を抑制する処理が行われる。

Claims (5)
- 酸化ガスと燃料ガスを用いて発電する燃料電池スタックのカソード側出口と排気管との間に設けられ、開度の調整に応じて燃料電池スタック内の酸化ガス圧力を調整する調圧弁と、
燃料電池スタック内の酸化ガス圧力を燃料電池スタックに対して指示される運転指示圧に維持するように調圧弁の開度のフィードバック制御を行う調圧弁開度制御手段と、
調圧弁の開度と運転指示圧に相当する予定開度との間の差である開度偏差が予め定めた閾値開度偏差以上のときに、排気管に浸水している恐れがあるとして浸水推定信号を出力する浸水推定信号出力手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする燃料電池搭載車両。 - 請求項1に記載の燃料電池搭載車両において、
浸水推定信号に基づき、車両を移動させることを促す注意出力を表示する表示手段を備えることを特徴とする燃料電池搭載車両。 - 請求項1に記載の燃料電池搭載車両において、
浸水推定信号が出力されている状態の下で、排気管に流される酸化ガス流量が予め定めた閾値流量以下のときに、これを予め定めた浸水防止流量に増加させる流量変更手段を備えることを特徴とする燃料電池搭載車両。 - 請求項1に記載の燃料電池搭載車両において、
浸水推定信号に基づき、燃料電池の間欠運転を禁止する制御を行う間欠運転制限手段を備えることを特徴とする燃料電池搭載車両。 - 請求項1に記載の燃料電池搭載車両において、
燃料電池スタック内の酸化ガス圧力を検出する圧力検出手段を備え、
浸水推定信号出力手段は、調圧弁の開度のフィードバック制御が不可能な場合に、圧力検出手段の検出圧力に基づき、浸水推定信号を出力することを特徴とする燃料電池搭載車両。
